【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は調理器の内がまと蓋体の魅封性を向上

２で上蓋６に取付られている。なお上記蓋パツキ

側方に先端部を向け内壁面部が密接する如き形状
の接触部１１を有するリング状の弾性体でなり、
また閉蓋直前の蓋パツキン１０は第２図に示す如
く外方に傾斜突出する如く形成され、水平のフラ
ンジ面４の内縁面上に当接し閉蓋進行とともに摺
擦されながら上記の如く密接される如く設けたも
のである。なお下方に開口した上蓋６の中央部と
中蓋８との空間部にはガラス繊維等でなる保温材
１６、電気部品１７が収納されている。また前記
取付ねじ１２は蓋パツキン１０の内側つまり内圧
が負荷される側に中蓋８を締結している。しかる
に複数で締結する取付ねじ１２の皿状頭部と中蓋
８の皿孔部との円周ピツチ、皿孔寸法等の誤差に
より気密性の保持が難しく、蒸気等が浸入し、保
温材１６、電気部品１７の絶縁特性やその付近の
部材を熱劣化させるという欠点があり、また取付
ねじ１２は蒸気等に終止直接触れるため耐蝕性の

固着する如く設けたものである。上記蓋パツキン
１０は内がま３のフランジ４に対接し胴部１８よ
り外方に傾斜突出せしめた接触部１１をもち、胴
部１８の内側面は中蓋８の傾斜した側壁面９の傾
斜角に対応する如く斜面を設け、かつ中蓋８の取
付に対応する水平面の固定部１１を形成する略〓
形状断面を有しリング状に設けたもので、弾性材
でなるものである。１３は蒸気孔で、中蓋８から
蓋体５外部に連通するものである。１４はヒンジ
で、調理器本体１と蓋体５を開閉自在に連結する

にヒンジ１４によつて開閉自在に装着する。この
蓋体５を閉じると第３図の如く当初内がま３のフ
ランジ４上面に蓋パツキン１０の接触部１１外端
面部が接触し、フランジ４上面を密着し摺擦しな
がら蓋パツキン１０の歪み代分だけ拡張する。か
くの如くなる調理器本体１内に水分を含む調理物
を収容した内がま３をヒーター２上に載置し、ヒ
ーター２に通電し、加熱すると発生した蒸気は内
がま３のフランジ４面は蓋パツキン１０の接触部
１１で密封されているので、蒸気口１３より調理

する面で作用され蓋リングとも密接に係止され、
更に閉蓋時には弾性材でなる蓋パツキンの接触部
は内がまのフランジ面摺擦しながら強く密着し、
内がまと蓋体の密封性を著しく向上する効果があ
り、取付ねじは蓋パツキンの胴部外側にあるため
蒸気に触れず高耐蝕性を要せず、また密封性が向
上したため蓋体内部にある電気部品や保温材（図
示せず）の絶縁特性を劣化させたり、その他付近
の部材を熱劣化させる等がなくなり、更に使用上
では蓋パツキンの汚損時の清掃も容易な形状であ
るため衛生上にも優れ、また、調理完了後の開蓋
時の密封性の向上はもとより、組立性がよく調理
器の蓋体に特別の部品を要せずコストアツプの要
