【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は調理器の内がまと蓋体の魅封性を向上
する調理器の蓋体に関するものである。

の接触部11を有するリング状の弾性体でなり、
また閉蓋直前の蓋パツキン10は第2図に示す如
く外方に傾斜突出する如く形成され、水平のフラ
ンジ面4の内縁面上に当接し閉蓋進行とともに摺
擦されながら上記の如く密接される如く設けたも
のである。なお下方に開口した上蓋6の中央部と
中蓋8との空間部にはガラス繊維等でなる保温材
16、電気部品17が収納されている。また前記
取付ねじ12は蓋パツキン10の内側つまり内圧
が負荷される側に中蓋8を締結している。しかる
に複数で締結する取付ねじ12の皿状頭部と中蓋
8の皿孔部との円周ピツチ、皿孔寸法等の誤差に
より気密性の保持が難しく、蒸気等が浸入し、保
温材16、電気部品17の絶縁特性やその付近の
部材を熱劣化させるという欠点があり、また取付
ねじ12は蒸気等に終止直接触れるため耐蝕性の

斜角に対応する如く斜面を設け、かつ中蓋8の取
付に対応する水平面の固定部11を形成する略〓

でなるものである。13は蒸気孔で、中蓋8から
蓋体5外部に連通するものである。14はヒンジ
で、調理器本体1と蓋体5を開閉自在に連結する

を収容した内がま3をヒーター2上に載置し、ヒ
ーター2に通電し、加熱すると発生した蒸気は内
がま3のフランジ4面は蓋パツキン10の接触部
