Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a rotary cylinder together with reduction of cost by inserting a stator coil when a fixed cylinder is made of synthetic resin and therefore attaching the stator coil to the fixed cylinder with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A fixed cylinder 1 is molded with a synthetic resin and a stator coil 9 of a motor 12 is positioned and inserted to a metallic mold to be molded in a body with the motor 12. A shaft 5 is put with pressure into a hole formed previously and a stator 13 of a rotary transformer 15 is fixed with adhesion, etc. Thus the cylinder 1 is formed with the synthetic resin in a body with the inserted coil 9.
