Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a thinner timepiece body, by arranging a gap between the center hole section of a gear and the tooth profile of a pinion in a gear wheel over the entire circumference thereof. CONSTITUTION:A concave part is provided at one point of the center hole of a fifth gear wheel 1 and when combined with a fifth pinion 2, a gear 1 is meshed with the tooth profile of the pinion 2 to transmit the rotation torque thereof to the tooth profile of the pinion 2. A gap is arranged between the center hole section of the gear 1 and the tooth profile of the pinion 2 to make the gear 1 freely movable in the axial direction of the pinion 2 so that it will not block the rotation when getting in contact with the gears of other adjacent gear wheels. The thickness-wise gap between the gears is packed to the area where the gears of the wheel trains contact one another to reduce the thickness of the gear wheel trains of a timepiece body, thereby enabling a thinner timepiece body.

In the dial of an analog display type watch, the present invention separates the gear and pinion that make up the dial independently, and also provides DI! between the tooth profile of the pinion and the center hole of the gear over the entire circumference. By providing the J gap, the degree of freedom regarding the pinion of the gears is increased, and by reducing the gap between adjacent gears in the thickness direction, it is possible to provide a thinner watch.

Taking the fifth wheel as a typical example, the structure of a conventional number wheel is as shown in Fig. 2, in which the fifth gear 1 and the fifth pinion 2 are fixed by pushing or caulking to form an integral part of the fifth wheel. It was incorporated into the watch body.

[Problems and Objectives to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the conventional number wheel structure, the gear is forcibly fixed by a method such as pushing into a pinion or caulking, which causes the gear to deform and warp. Therefore, when the number wheels are arranged next to each other to form a number wheel train, the gap between the gears is required to be equal to the distance between the gears in order to prevent the clock from stopping due to friction between the gears of the number wheel. If there is a large number of gaps, the necessary clearances are increased, and this becomes one factor in increasing the total thickness of the watch body, making the overall dimensions unreasonable.

そこで本発明は、このような問題点を解決するもので、

Therefore, the present invention aims to solve these problems.
The purpose of this is to suppress the warpage of the gears and increase the degree of freedom for the gear pinions, so that even if the gears come into contact with each other, it will not act as a brake to the extent that it will affect the stopper. The key point is that it provides a thin watch body.

The number wheel structure of the present invention is a number wheel composed of an independently separated gear and a pinion, and a convex portion is provided at one or more places in the center of the gear, and when combined with the gear, a pinion is formed. A feature is that a gap is provided between the tooth profile and the center hole of the gear over the entire circumference.

According to the above-described uninvented structure, when the gear is combined with a gear, the convex portion of the center hole of the gear transmits the rotational torque to the tooth profile of the pinion, thereby rotating the pinion. Furthermore, since the gear is free in the axial direction of the pinion, even if it comes into contact with the gear of another adjacent pinion, the gear moves in the axial direction of the pinion and rotation is not hindered.

Figures 1a, b, and O are examples of actual punishment according to the present invention, and Figure 1a
is a perspective view when the fifth gear 1 and the fifth pinion 2 are combined, and C in FIG. 1 is the independently separated fifth pinion and fifth gear that constitute the fifth wheel.

When a convex portion is provided in the center hole of the fifth gear 1 and combined with the fifth pinion 2, the fifth gear 1 meshes with the tooth profile of the fifth pinion 2. It has a structure that transmits the rotational torque from the 5th pinion to the 2nd tooth profile. Also, since a gap is provided all around the circumference between the center hole of the fifth gear 1 and the tooth profile of the fifth pinion 2, the fifth gear 1 can freely move in the axial direction of the fifth pinion 2. I can do it.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the thickness of the number wheel train of a watch body by closing the gaps in the thickness direction between the gears up to the area where the gears of the number wheel train contact each other. This has the effect of being able to provide a very thin watch body.
