FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a stator for rotating electrical equipment that has been commonly used in the past. The end 1 of the coil to be connected and the lead wire 2 can be connected by soldering, crimping,
After being connected by a method such as caulking with a terminal and subjected to appropriate insulation treatment, the connecting portion 3 is placed on the surface of the coil end 4 or at an appropriate position inside the coil end 4. In this case, not only is it necessary to insulate the connection part 3, but also the complicated work of placing it on the surface or inside of the coil end 4, the rise of the coil end 4 of the lead wire 2 is not only necessary. The work of determining dimensions from the position 5 to the external power supply connection part 6 was also complicated. Furthermore, when forming the coil end 4 after placing the connection part 3 on the surface or inside of the coil end 4, there is a possibility that the insulation of the connection part 3 will be broken and the connection part 3 will be shot with the coil end 4, resulting in high cost. This results in a low-quality rotating electrical equipment stator.

In order to improve the above-mentioned problems, a method as shown in FIG. 2 has been considered. That is, the end 1 of the coil to be connected and the lead wire 2 are connected by a method such as soldering, welding, or caulking with a crimp terminal, and this connecting portion 3 is mechanically held, and the connecting portion 3 and the coil end 4 are are fixed to a box 7 which can be electrically insulated, and this box 7 is fixed to the surface of the coil end 4 with a tying thread 8. After this, if necessary, perform coil varnish treatment. By doing this, the connection part 3 is fixed to the box 7, so there is no need for special insulation treatment, and there is no need to carry out dimensioning work or connection work from the coil end 4 of the lead wire 2 to the external power connection part 6. Not only does the positioning work between 3 and the end 1 of the coil become very easy, but since the connecting part 3 is not placed directly on or inside the coil end 4, there is no possibility of it being shot when forming the coil end 4. As a result, a low cost, high quality rotating electrical equipment stator is obtained. Further, as an improvement to the structure shown in FIG. 2, when fixing the box 7 to the stator core 9, a dovetail recess 10 of an appropriate size is provided on the surface of the stator core 9, and a part of the box 7 is provided with a dovetail recess 10. Dovetail tenon convex portion 10a corresponding to
A method as shown in FIG. 3 was also devised in which the box 7 is fixed to the stator core 9 by providing the box 7 and the stator core 9 by fitting the two together.

However, in the above structure, in order to securely fix the connection part 3 to the box 7, it is necessary to fix the part of the lead wire 2 near the box 7 to the coil end 4, or to store the connection part 3 inside the box 7. It is necessary to minimize the space for the box 7 and the coil end 4 as shown in Fig. 2, which not only increases the number of man-hours but also requires a It takes a lot of man-hours to tie it up with the tying thread 8. Further, there were other drawbacks such as the difficulty of securely fixing both the box 7 and the coil end 4 in a predetermined position.

In addition, in the method of fixing the box 7 to the stator core 9 by fitting the concave and convex portions, both the box 7 and the coil end 4 can be fixed in a predetermined position, but generally the stator core 9 is attached to the box 7. The holding force for holding was weak, and sufficient mechanical strength could not be obtained. Furthermore, the number of man-hours required to securely fix the connecting portion 3 to the box 7 increases as described above.

Furthermore, the box 7 is inserted into the dovetail groove recess 1 of the stator core 9.
A narrow foot 16 for fixing at 0 is integrally provided,
This leg 16 is provided with a wedge 17 to prevent it from coming off. FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line -' in FIG. 4. Further, FIG. 6 shows the relationship between the stator core 9, the leg 16, and its wedge 17. FIG. 6 shows a state in which the legs 16 of the box 7 are inserted into the dovetail recesses 10 of the stator core 9. In this state, by pushing the wedge 17 into a space 18 that is slightly narrower than the wedge provided in the corresponding part of the leg 16, the left and right sides of the leg bulge, and the dovetail groove recess 10 of the stator core 9 and the box 7 are expanded. The connection with the legs 16 is ensured, and the mechanical strength is dramatically improved. FIG. 7 is a sectional view of the foot portion taken along the line - in FIG. 6.

FIG. 8 shows a completed diagram of a stator for rotating electrical equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which box 7 is a wedge 17.
Since the leg 16 into which the stator core 9 is pushed is firmly fixed to the dovetail recess 10 of the stator core 9, the mechanical strength is increased. The end 1 of the coil to be connected and the lead wire 2 are both connected to the groove 1 in the box 7 as described above.
1 , and the connecting portion 3 of both is fixed in the hole 12 . Here, since the cross-sectional area of the connecting part 3 between the end 1 of the coil and the lead wire 2 is necessarily larger than the total cross-sectional area of the end 1 of the coil and the lead wire 2, by appropriately selecting the dimensions of the groove 11 and the hole 12, the coil The end 1, the lead wire 2, and the connecting portion 3 will never come out through the groove 11 and are held in the box 7. Furthermore, by closing the lid 13, the mutual mechanical strength of the coil end 1, the connection part 3 between the lead wire 2 and the box 7 is improved, and the mutual mechanical strength of the coil end 1, the connection part 3 of each coil, and the stator core are improved. Reliable insulation between earths can be obtained.

As described above, according to the present invention, not only the end of the coil to be connected, the lead wire, and the connection between the two are securely fixed, but also the end of the coil, the connection between the lead wire, the box, and the stator. The mutual mechanical strength of the iron core is increased, and the number of man-hours required for fixing the box is reduced, and as a result, an inexpensive and high-quality stator for rotating electric equipment can be provided.

In addition, in order to further secure the end of the coil and the lead wire within the groove 11, the groove 11 is fixed as shown in FIG.
By providing a convex portion 19 that is inserted into the inner wall of the coil and inserting the convex portion into the end of the coil and the lead wire, reliable fixation can be obtained.

As described above, the present invention includes a plurality of grooves into which the ends of the coil and the lead wire can be introduced, and holes that are connected to each groove and fix the connecting portion between the end of the coil and the lead wire. An insulating box made of synthetic resin with a lid that closes the openings of the grooves and holes is provided with legs that fit into the dovetail groove recess of the stator core, a fixing wedge, and a space into which the wedge is pushed. Since the legs of the box are securely fixed in the groove recesses, there is an advantage that a stator for rotating electric equipment can be obtained with good workability and at low cost.
