Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は鉄心にコイルを巻回し充填物でケー
スに固定した変流器に関するものである。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a current transformer in which a coil is wound around an iron core and fixed to a case with a filling material.
従来の変流器の構造を第1図及び第2図に示
す。図において1は環状の鉄心、2は鉄心1にト
ロイダル状に巻かれた2次コイル、3は環状の中
空部を有するケース、4はコイル2をケース3に
固定するための充填物である。充填物4にはエポ
キシレジンなどの熱硬化性樹脂が使用され、常温
より高い温度で硬化させる。このため充填物は温
度が下るにつれて熱膨張率に従つて収縮する。一
方鉄心1にはケイ素鋼体、ケース3にはアルミ等
が使用される。熱膨張率は充填物4が一番大きく
次にケース3そして鉄心1の順になり、充填物4
とケース3の差は小さいが、充填物4と鉄心1の
差は大きい。このため充填物4が硬化した温度よ
り下ると収縮量は鉄心1より充填物4の方が大き
くなり鉄心1で拘束された充填物4は収縮する事
が出来ず内部応力が高くなる。この内部応力が充
填物4の破壊応力を越えると充填物4にクラツク
が発生する。充填物にクラツクが発生するとコイ

The coefficient of thermal expansion is the largest for packing 4, followed by case 3, and then iron core 1.
The difference between case 3 and case 3 is small, but the difference between filling 4 and iron core 1 is large. For this reason, when the temperature drops below the temperature at which the filling material 4 hardens, the amount of shrinkage of the filling material 4 is greater than that of the iron core 1, and the filling material 4 restrained by the iron core 1 cannot contract, resulting in high internal stress. If this internal stress exceeds the breaking stress of the filler 4, a crack will occur in the filler 4. If a crack occurs in the filling, the conductor of the coil 2 may be disconnected.
