If loosening occurs, when changing the rotation of the mechanism from normal to reverse, the loose side of the transmission body changes to the tight side, resulting in situations such as tooth skipping and slipping between the transmission body and the drive source. was there.

The object of the present invention is to provide a tensioner for forward and reverse rotation in a drive mechanism that prevents situations such as tooth skipping and idling caused by loosening of a transmission body.

This is what I asked him to do.

and an elastic body 7 disposed between these tensioners 5 and 6.
The tensile force of K is applied in the direction of arrow C, thereby preventing tooth skipping between the drive source 1 and the transmission body 4 when the transmission body 4 is a chain, or idling when the transmission body 4 is a belt. To prevent. On the other hand, when the driving source 1 is reversely rotated, the four transmission bodies rotate in the direction of arrow B as shown in FIG.
Looseness occurs between the drive body 1 and the drive body 1. This loosening is absorbed by applying the tensile force of the tensioners 5, 6 and the elastic body 7 disposed between these tensioners 5, 6 in the direction of the arrow. Prevents tooth skipping and idling between the two.

Tensioners 5 and 6 are arranged between the slack side and the tension side of 4, respectively, and by connecting the tensioners 6 to these tensioners with an elastic body 7, the load λ3 is brought into pressure contact with the outside of the load λ3. Since the transmitter 4 is designed to absorb the slackness of the transmitter 4,
There is no slack when the drive source 1 rotates in either direction, normal or reverse, and therefore situations such as tooth skipping or idling do not occur between the drive source 1 and the transmission body 4. This has the effect of enabling accurate power transmission.
