Tools commonly used for snow removal or snow removal include hand tools such as shovels, mechanical devices such as shovels and rotary blowers, and snow removal channels that flow large amounts of water into snow grooves with slopes suitable for conveyance. There are facilities for dumping and transporting snow, as well as truck transportation from specific urban areas to snow storage areas, snow melting methods using hot water, snow melting agents, etc. Hydraulic transport, in which text and water are mixed and transported using rotary or reciprocating pumps, has been proposed and researched, but it is still far from being put to practical use.

With means such as shovels and shovels, it is not possible to secure even a narrow living area in areas with extremely low amounts of snow removal, and with means of transportation such as trucks, it is difficult to secure transportation routes and it is difficult to secure continuous transportation routes. Since snow cannot be removed, the amount of snow removed or removed is larger than the former method, but it is difficult to say that it is an effective snow removal method in terms of economic efficiency.

In addition, the method of using snow-drifting ditches requires a large amount of water and requires a large slope for the snow-drifting, making it impossible to use existing equipment such as sewage pipes, and therefore rotary pumps, etc. This method has the disadvantage that the transportation distance must be ensured by repeatedly letting the snow that has been raised to a high place flow down naturally, and the equipment costs are enormous, making it impossible to use this method of snow drifting everywhere.

Furthermore, the unfinished means of mixing snow and water and pumping it with some pumps such as rotary pumps has the potential to prevent snow particles from adhering to the pump blades, dirt and stones contained in the snow, plastic bags, etc. This not only causes strings to get caught and reduces pump transport efficiency, but also
In addition to clogging due to the above-mentioned substances and making it impossible to operate, snow masses adhere to each other in the snow-water multiphase flow and grow to a large size, which causes clogging, which is insufficient in terms of practicality. Ta.

Although the present invention is basically similar to the proposed mixed flow of snow and water in that it utilizes water, it does not directly use a secondary pump and therefore eliminates snow adhesion to the blades. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a floating fluid electric suction and pressure feeding device that can remove snow extremely economically and efficiently without causing dirt to become entangled or causing snow masses to bond and solidify within a flow pipe. It is something.

Fig. 1 shows an existing water storage tank 1, which has an overflow section 2 added thereto to form a drainage passage 3, which is connected continuously to a suction pipe passage 4. The main body 8 of the apparatus is located at the starting end of the suction pipe passage 4, with the injection port of a water jet nozzle 7 connected to a high-pressure water supply source 6 such as a plunger pump facing the discharge direction in the flow pipe passage 5. The configuration is shown in which the section is installed to open downstream of the overflow section 2 of the water storage section. In this case, the supply of snow to the water tank 1 is carried out by normal means such as truck transport, but in order to promote the flow of water in the water tank 1, water or warm air is supplied onto the water surface of the water tank 1. A jet blasting body 9 is attached as a crushing means, which blows a jet of gas or the like to make the snow flow and thereby crush the snow on the floating water surface. This jet spraying does not necessarily have to be carried out on the water surface, and may be provided just before the suction pipe passage 4 exclusively for crushing snow. Further, it is convenient to supply water to the high-pressure water supply source 6 and the jet spray body 9 from the bottom of the water tank 1 or from the drainage passage 3.

Note that the objects passing through the suction pipe passage are snow and water containing air sucked in the suction pipe passage or near the water jet injection part, but if air can be reliably sucked from the suction pipe passage 4, It is not necessary to intentionally provide an air introduction section near the water jet nozzle, but since the flow efficiency varies greatly depending on the amount of air introduced, it is necessary to generate the air to be supplied around it by jet injection. It is optional whether suction is carried out using a negative pressure phenomenon or pressurized air is supplied as needed, but it is preferable to interpose a regulating valve in the introduction passage in order to regulate the amount.

In addition, the water storage section may be constructed by piling up the surrounding walls with snow and laying a resin sheet in the depression in the center to form an artificial water storage tank. In this case, a water storage section can be easily formed in a place with a large amount of snow, and it can be removed without leaving a trace once the snow season has passed, so there is no need to spend a large amount of money on equipment.

Furthermore, the snow crushing means installed in the route leading to the starting end of the suction pipe passage includes tunnels, grooves, etc. that eject jets from the peripheral wall, and the snow crushing means gives vertical movement to the crest-shaped crushing plate to crush it above the water surface. There are means to crush or make the floating snow more brittle.

For piping connections in this case, it is advantageous to use tube joints that seal by expansion due to gas injection from the standpoint of efficiency of piping work. In addition, a gas inlet is provided near the water jet nozzle to eliminate the cavitation phenomenon that occurs around the jet stream and to supply air.

The above-described device of the present invention utilizes the suction force generated by supplying high-pressure water made high by a secondary pump to the jet injection section to suck the snow flowing out from the water storage section into the suction pipe passage, and remove it. It is used to crush and stir the material with a jet of high-pressure water and forcefully feed it into the flow pipe passage.

The device of the present invention is configured so that the snow to be discharged is made to float in the water storage section in which a drainage passage is formed and is sucked in. Therefore, in this water storage section, the solidified snow absorbs water, becomes soft, and is contained in the snow. Stones, garbage, etc. that have a higher density than snow,
is removed and reaches the suction tube passage. For this reason,
Solid matter does not enter the flow pipe path, and the suction pipe passage, water jet nozzle, and flow pipe passage are not damaged by solid matter.

In addition, various means can be employed to perform preliminary crushing of floating and flowing snow on the open surface, which has the effect of increasing the degree of preliminary crushing and improving suction and flow efficiency. The snow that is sucked in together with air and water and reaches the jet injection part is re-destroyed and disturbed by the high-pressure water jet that is injected here, and is forced into the flow pipe passage in the discharge direction. It becomes like this.

In this case, the snow in the flow pipe passage is prevented from combining with each other by the effects of compression, expansion, bubble destruction, etc. of the air that entered together with the water jet, and the movement of the fluid. Fluidity is ensured due to the frictional heat generated between the fluids, although it is slight, so extremely smooth snow removal can be achieved.

When used under conditions in which air is not sucked together, for example, when the starting end of the suction pipe passage is underwater under floating snow, suction may be performed from the gas inlet or pressure may be supplied. When supplying gas artificially, warm air containing heat generated from a driving machine or the like can be supplied.

In addition, the device of the present invention has a structure in which high-pressure water supplied from a high-pressure water source using a plunger pump or the like is used as a jet and rushes into the airtight flow pipe passage. The liquid is suctioned and pressure-fed from the suction pipe passage to the flow pipe passage without passing through the inside.

Therefore, there is no need for snow removal slope, etc., and plastic bags, ropes, etc. that remain in the snow that is not removed by the water storage section,
Even if there is garbage such as string, as long as it enters the suction pipe passage,
In addition to being able to perform pressure feeding without any problems, it also eliminates the problem of snow adhering to the moving parts of the pump body, solidifying the snow, or getting tangled with the dust, which can lead to a decrease in operating efficiency or a situation where operation is impossible. A snow removal process is accomplished. Furthermore, since it has a simple structure by combining the water jet nozzle and the piping body, the equipment cost is not only low, but the piping equipment is also easy to install, making it possible to install snow removal equipment in each region. It has the effect of significantly contributing to eliminating snow pollution in areas that experience heavy snowfall every year.
