[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is a hopper that stores sand, gravel, coal, crushed stone, etc. (hereinafter simply referred to as crushed stone) in a hopper and equips it with a well-balanced left and right balance on a ship such as a crushed stone carrier ship that transports it by sea. This invention relates to a conveyor and a chute-utilizing cargo unloading device that can lift cargo from the bottom of a ship using a conveyor and drop it outward from the side where the chute is located.

Conventionally, as described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 50-42584, crushed stones, etc. in a hopper are conveyed laterally by a lower conveyor to the lower part of the gunwale where an upper conveyor (equivalent to a chute) is located, and then transferred to a bucket elevator. There are some carrier ships that use this bucket elevator to transport the cargo vertically to the upper conveyor, pull it up, and then drop it outboard using the same conveyor.

By the way, in this type of transport ship, the mud holds are continuous in the longitudinal direction of the ship, so the equipment for transporting cargo such as the lower conveyor, bucket elevator, and upper conveyor is structurally biased toward the side where the upper conveyor is located. However, there were problems such as the lateral balance of the ship being affected by this imbalance, making it difficult to maneuver.

Therefore, in the present invention, the pull-out conveyor that conveys crushed stones, etc. in the hoppers at the front and rear of the ship's side to one side, and the carry-out conveyor that obliquely conveys and lifts up from the bottom of one side to the top of the other side, each have a balance between left and right in plan view. In addition, the communication conveyor that connects each end of the drawer conveyor and the lower end of the carry-out conveyor on one side is connected to the chute that takes over from the upper end of the carry-out conveyor on the other side and drops to the outside of the side, and the supporting member We provide load unloading equipment such as crushed stone carriers that can be balanced,
This solution addresses the above-mentioned problems.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained based on the drawings of embodiments of the device of the present invention. In Figures 1 and 2, A is a ship for transporting crushed stone, etc., and funnel-shaped hoppers 2, 2 are arranged at a certain distance in front and behind the central part of the hull 1, and in front of the hoppers 2, 2. Direction, winch 3 at the bow
A control room 4 is located at the rear of the vessel and at the stern. The hoppers 2, 2 are each formed in left and right longitudinal directions, and a passage 5 is formed with a constant interval between the hoppers 2, and a discharge conveyor 6 is disposed in the passage 5. As shown in FIG. 3, the unloading conveyor 6 has a starting end 7 located on one side of the carrier ship A on the passage 5 at the bottom of the hull 1, and extends from this position toward the other side. On the other side, the terminal end of the conveyor 6 is provided at a higher position than the top of the tower 8, that is, the top of the hoppers 2, 2. From the top of tower 8, carrier ship A
A chute 9 is suspended by a rotating boom 10 set on the top of the tower 8 toward the outer side of the chute 9, and crushed stones, etc. are transferred to the base side of the chute 9 from the end of the aforementioned carry-out conveyor 6, and from this tip side. I try to drop it towards the outside of the ship. Hopper 2, 2 bottom 1
From 1 and 11 to the discharge conveyor 6,
Slide gates 12, 12, 12 and 12, 12, 12 are attached to the bottoms 11, 11 of the hoppers 2, 2, respectively, and the slide gates 12... are opened and closed by electric motors (not shown) to adjust the opening condition of the slide gates 12... The falling amount of crushed stones, etc. in the hoppers 2, 2 is determined, and the crushed stones, etc., are carried out to one side of the carrier ship A by the pull-out conveyors 13, 13, and then taken over by the connecting conveyors 14, 14, which run back and forth on the ship's side 1, and carried out. The conveyor 6 is used to carry out the transport vessel A via a chute 9 and drop it out of the carrier ship A. At this time, the drawer conveyors 13, 13 are arranged in the left and right direction at the bottom of each of the hoppers 2, 2, and the communication conveyors 14, 14 are arranged at the lower end of the unloading conveyor 6, and at the front and rear positions of this lower end. It is arranged in the front and rear directions of the gunwales so as to be able to connect with one end of each of the drawer conveyors 13, 13, and in the front and back direction. Therefore, the drawer conveyors 13, 13 and the unloading conveyor 6 can be arranged in a well-balanced left and right direction in the horizontal direction of the carrier ship A, and the communication conveyors 14, 14 other than these conveyors can be arranged in a well-balanced manner.
Since the chute 9 and the support members 8 and 10 can be arranged with a left-right balance on the opposing sides, the carrier ship A incorporating the cargo carrying device made of these can also have a good left-right balance. Regarding the longitudinal balance of this carrier ship A, the carrying out conveyor 6, the chute 9, and its support members 8, 10 are arranged at the center of the longitudinal balance of the ship, and there are drawer conveyors 13, 13 and communication lines in front and behind the carrying ship A. Since the conveyors 14 and 14 are arranged respectively, it becomes good.

Therefore, crushed stones and the like in the hoppers 2, 2 are transferred from the bottom of the ship's belly 1 to the carry-out conveyor 6 through the slide gates 12, pull-out conveyors 13, 13 and communication conveyors 14, 14 running at the bottom of the ship's belly 1. It is conveyed obliquely above the hoppers 2, 2, pulled up, and dropped from the chute 9. Therefore, crushed stone is transferred to drawer conveyors 13, 13.
From the communication conveyor 14, 14, the conveyor 6 of the passage 5 between the hoppers 2 and the hopper 2
is collected at the lower end, is pulled upward from below by the conveyor 6 in the passage 5, is carried over to the chute 9, and is dropped from the gunwale side of the chute 9 to the outboard side of the chute 9. ,
At this time, the tip of the chute 9 can be vertically moved and rotated about the base so that the chute 9 can be dropped outside the carrier ship A in any direction on the outboard side using the swing boom 10. It is also possible to bring crushed stone and other materials ashore.

As explained above, the device of the present invention is arranged such that the front and rear hoppers 2 of the ship's torso 1 are spaced apart appropriately, a passage 5 is formed between the hoppers 2, and a passage 5 is provided on the passage 5. A conveyor 6 is installed obliquely from the bottom of the hull 1 on one side to the upper side of the other side, and the hoppers 2, 2 are arranged at one end of each of the drawer conveyors 13, 13 disposed in the left-right direction at the bottom and the lower end of the carry-out conveyor 6. A chute 9 and its support members 8, 10, which can be dropped from the upper end of the unloading conveyor 6 to the outside of the transfer ship A, are connected to each other via communication conveyors 14, 14 arranged at the front and rear of one side. Since the pull-out conveyors 13, 13 and the carry-out conveyor 6 are individually arranged in the left-right direction in a plan view, the left-right balance is maintained, and the communication conveyors 14, 14 arranged on one side are arranged on the other side. The chute 9 and its support members 8 and 10 are arranged so that the left and right balance is maintained, and as in the past, the cargo is transported horizontally by a conveyor to one side at the bottom of the ship's belly, and from that position to the upper conveyor by a bucket elevator. Compared to a system in which the cargo is conveyed vertically, pulled up, and dropped to the outside of the ship using the upper conveyor, the left-right balance can be better maintained, and the ship can be maneuvered more easily.
