Conventionally, a continuous sheet having a part to be bonded as a mark is spread out approximately parallel to the surface of the object set on a mounting table and is intermittently fed by a feeding device, and when feeding stops, a press surface in the shape of a mark is applied. The continuous sheet is pressed onto the surface of the object to be adhered by a pressing mold having a press die to adhere it in a mark shape, and then the feeding device separates the stretched surface of the continuous sheet parallel to the surface of the object to be adhered parallel to the surface of the object to be adhered. 2. Description of the Related Art A mark bonding machine is known that separates a portion bonded in a mark shape from a continuous sheet and applies a mark to an object to be bonded.

With such conventional mark bonding machines, the part glued to the mark shape is completely separated from the continuous sheet at once, so a large force is required to separate the stretched surface of the continuous sheet from the surface of the adhered object. , and strong tension is applied to the continuous sheet. Therefore, the shape of the mark that has been adhered and separated may shrink and the periphery may become irregular because it does not match the shape of the pressing surface of the press mold, or if the object to be adhered is a sheet-like object, Wrinkles may appear on the skin,
In addition, if the object to be adhered is not fixed very securely, the position of the object to be adhered may shift, and for example, if the marked surface is pressed again with a press die to dent the mark, the mark may become indented. A deviation may occur between the shape and the shape of the recess. If the object to be adhered is securely fixed, it takes time and effort to attach and remove it, which significantly reduces the efficiency of marking. In this regard, conventional mark bonding machines use simple means such as positioning frames and vacuum suction to fix objects to be bonded in order to improve marking efficiency.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems in conventional mark bonding machines. The continuous sheet is provided with a feeding device that extends approximately parallel to the surface of the object and feeds it intermittently, and when feeding is stopped, the continuous sheet is pressed against the surface of the object to be adhered using a pressing mold having a mark-shaped pressing surface to form a mark shape. In a mark adhering machine that marks the object by pasting the continuous sheet and then separating the part adhered in the mark shape from the continuous sheet by separating the continuous sheet from the surface of the object to be adhered, the continuous sheet feeding side of the feeding device and The feeding means on the feeding side maintains the spread surface on which the continuous sheet is fed at a height close to the surface of the adherend, and the feeding means on the feeding side or the feeding side moves to the opposite side when feeding of the continuous sheet stops. The spreading surface is sequentially reduced from the feeding side or the feeding side, and the continuous sheet is sequentially pulled away from the surface of the adherend along the feeding means.

In the figure, 1 is an object to be adhered, 2 is a continuous sheet having a part to be adhered to the object 1 as a mark, and this continuous sheet 2 has a layer 2a to be adhered as shown in FIG. Conventionally used types can be used, such as a type provided on the mold sheet 2b or a type made entirely of adhesive parts as shown in FIG. 3 is a mounting table on which the object to be adhered 1 is placed, and 4 is a pressing die having a mark-shaped pressing surface 4a. The object to be adhered is set on the mounting table 3 by a positioning frame and appropriate setting means such as a vacuum suction means, and the pressing die 4 is lowered by a lifting means such as a plunger or screw screw to place the continuous sheet 2 on the surface of the object 1 to be adhered. Press to adhere to the mark shape. Depending on the type of continuous sheet 2 used, or the material and shape of the object to be adhered, this adhesion may be performed by using a heating type for the pressing die 4 or by using dielectric heating for the pressing die 4 and the mounting table 3. As a high frequency electrode,
Or by using a combination thereof. In addition, if the continuous sheet 2 is treated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive, sufficient adhesion may be obtained only by pressing without heating. When the continuous sheet 2 is a thin sheet or one using a release sheet 2b as shown in FIG. In the case of a thick sheet consisting of a part to be entirely glued as shown in FIG. The one provided in this way is used. The dotted line in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the continuous sheet 2 in FIG. 5 shows a part of the outline of the mark shape cut by the pressing blade of the pressing die.

In the mark bonding machine shown in FIG. 1, a continuous sheet 2 is wound around a supply reel 5, a rotatable guide roll 6, a pair of gripping and feeding rolls 7,
7', it is guided close to and approximately parallel to the surface of the object 1 to be adhered, and is intermittently fed in the direction of the arrow. The supply reel 5 is biased to rotate in the unwinding direction with a constant torque by a torque motor or friction rotation means, and the supply reel 5 and the guide roll 6
is attached to a moving frame (not shown) that can move parallel to the surface of the mounting table 3, that is, parallel to the surface of the object 1, in the direction of the delivery rolls 7, 7', and the guide roll 6 is moved from the position shown in the figure. It can reciprocate to the position shown by the dashed line passing below the pressing mold 4.
From the illustrated state in which the feed rolls 7 and 7' have stopped feeding the continuous sheet 2, the press die 4 is lowered to perform bonding as described above, and the press die is raised to the illustrated position and the supply reel 5 and guide roll are removed. 6 to the right, the supply reel 5 rewinds the continuous sheet 2 by its unwinding biasing torque, and the stretched surface between the guide roll 6 and the delivery rolls 7, 7' is reduced, and Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. 5, the continuous sheet 2 is separated from one surface of the adhered object sequentially from the end. When the guide roll 6 completely passes below the press mold 4, the continuous sheet 2
The adhesive part is completely separated from the continuous sheet and the sixth
As shown in the figure or FIG. 7, marks 2' remain on the surface of the object 1 to be adhered. Unlike in conventional mark bonding machines, the separation is performed sequentially from the edge as described above, so it can proceed with extremely small force. Therefore, no large tension is applied to the continuous sheet, and the outline of the bonded mark shape becomes irregular. This prevents distortion of the object to be adhered or displacement of the object to be adhered. When the separation is completed, the supply reel 5 and the guide roll 6 are moved to the left and returned to the positions shown in the figure, and at the same time or after that, the delivery rolls 7, 7' are delivered and rotated by a predetermined feed amount. The mark-gluing machine is thereby returned to the illustrated state in which it can again make the next marking. The article to be adhered 1 can be replaced at the time the separation is completed or even afterwards. When marking is performed using a continuous sheet consisting of adhesive parts as shown in Fig. 5, and the mark is sunk as shown in Fig. 8, the delivery rotation of delivery rolls 7 and 7' is not performed. Then, the supply reel 5 and the guide roll 6 are returned to their original positions, and the surface of the mark 2' is pressed again with the press die 4 as described above.
Of course, high-frequency dielectric heating or the like may be performed at that time, if necessary.

In the mark bonding machine shown in FIG. 3, the shaft of the supply reel 5, which is biased to unwind and rotate with a constant torque, is slidably engaged with the long groove of the moving frame 10. The wound supply reel 5 is attached to the mounting table 3 and the adherend 1 as the moving frame 10 moves.
4 and 5 due to the rolling of the supply reel 5 accompanying the movement of the movable frame 10 to the position indicated by the dashed dot line after the continuous sheet 2 has been adhered.
A separation similar to that shown in the figure takes place. The same reference numerals as in FIG. 1, such as 7 and 7', indicate the same parts, and the guide rolls are omitted in this example.

The present invention is not limited to the example described above, but the delivery rolls 7, 7' in FIG. 1 are delivery rolls,
Of course, even if the feeding direction of the continuous sheet 2 is reversed, the guide roll 6 may be a guide bar.
