Conventionally, pontic dentures have been used to replace the missing tooth by using the teeth on both sides of the missing tooth as abutment teeth.
By the way, in order to maintain a pontic denture on one or both sides of the defective area, the nerves of the teeth that provide support on both sides must be treated by pulp extraction, then an abutment tooth must be formed, and a crown for the abutment tooth must be fabricated. Even my healthy teeth were damaged and I came here asking for maintenance.

Conventional procedures such as those described above not only require a great deal of time and effort, but also cause pain to the patient, as well as scraping off the enamel of the natural tooth to form the abutment tooth. Afterwards, artificial caries progresses through the gap between the abutment tooth and the crown, causing damage to the abutment tooth and ultimately resulting in a situation where the abutment tooth must be extracted. In particular, abrasion of the enamel, which is the protective layer of natural teeth, results in a loss of caries-suppressing power, and this is a major drawback.

The object of the present invention is to provide a pontic denture that can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.

The present invention consists of a bridge body adjacent to a natural tooth, and a holding part that is formed integrally with the bridge body and is bonded to the natural tooth with two bonding surfaces. A first adhesive surface that adheres to the slope to physically suppress masticatory occlusal pressure, and a second adhesive surface that adheres to the portion below the maximum bulge to physically suppress the bridge body from falling off due to rolling or pitting. In this invention, only the dummy part is manufactured, and the bridge body that supplements the adhesive surface is fixed to the teeth on both sides with adhesive to obtain adhesive strength, making it easy to operate. In addition, there is no risk of cavities occurring in the abutment teeth, and the effect of the bridge denture can be fully demonstrated.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the holding part 2a, which is formed integrally with the bridge body 2 adjacent to the natural tooth 1, is connected to the slope 1a above the maximum bulge part a of the natural tooth 1 for mastication. The first bonding surface 2b that can physically suppress occlusal pressure, and the area below the maximum bulge a and FIG.
As shown in FIG.
An adhesive surface 2c is provided. Then, the holding portion 2a of the bridge body 2 is bonded to the natural tooth 1 with an adhesive 3.

When creating a dental prosthetic surface in the form of a bridge according to the present invention, an impression is taken of the defective part, a bite of the occlusion is taken, a plaster model is made for manufacturing the prosthesis, and a dummy part is formed in wax on the model. However, by creating a rest-like bonding surface 2b above the maximum bulge a of the teeth on both sides (tooths that would conventionally serve as abutment teeth), the bonding strength can be corrected to accommodate the occlusal pressure applied to the bridge body from above. The designed holding part 2a is attached to the bridge body 2.
It is obtained by gluing the parts formed integrally with.

In that case, it is preferable that the bonding surfaces 2b and 2c have a shape that matches the shape of the natural tooth 1.

In addition, the fact that the masticatory occlusal pressure can be physically suppressed means that the slope 1 above the maximum bulge a of the natural teeth
This means that the occlusal pressure applied downward to the bridge body 2 in FIG. 2 can be suppressed by the adhesive portion between the first adhesive surface 2b and the first adhesive surface 2b. In addition, it is possible to prevent the bridge body 2 from falling off due to rolling or pitting.
The part below the maximum swelling part a and the second adhesive surface 2c
This means that the force applied upward to the bridge body 2 in FIG. 2 can be suppressed by the adhesive portion with the bridge body 2, and the force applied in the lateral rotation direction in FIG. 3 can be suppressed.

As described above, the present invention has a first bonding surface 2b that can respond to occlusal pressure by bonding with the slope 1a above the maximum bulge a of the natural tooth 1 adjacent to the bridge body 2, and a first adhesive surface 2b below the maximum bulge a. A holding part 2a having a second adhesive surface 2c that can contact with the bridge body 2 to prevent the bridge body 2 from falling off due to rolling or pitting is provided integrally with the bridge body 2, and the holding part 2a of the bridge body 2 is attached to an adjacent natural surface. Since it is bonded to the tooth 1 with the adhesive 3, there is no need to process the natural tooth 1 adjacent to the bridge body 2. Therefore, it is possible to save the labor of creating a conventional pontic denture, which involves forming the abutment teeth after formally removing the nerves from the supporting teeth on both sides, and also making crowns for the abutment teeth. Since it is not necessary, the effect of the denture can be demonstrated without causing the inconvenience that would occur if other healthy teeth are damaged in order to prosthetize one place.

In addition, unlike conventional methods, it does not damage the enamel of natural teeth, so secondary artificial caries does not occur. In addition, the bridge body has excellent effects such as being easily replaceable by removing the adhesive.

The present invention includes a bridge body that is integrally provided with a holding part that has a first adhesive surface that adheres to the upper slope of the maximum bulge and a second adhesive surface that adheres to the lower part. There is no need to form the tooth, which reduces labor and eliminates the fear of damaging healthy teeth.
