Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the variance in an output characteristic and to simplify the winding process by bonding a face formed with a winding slot of the back core to a rear face of the main magnetic pole member having a high permeability thin film after a recording/reproducing coil wound and shaped in advance is inserted and fixed to the winding slot of the back core. CONSTITUTION:The recording/reproducing coil 7 is wound into a square shape in advance by a winding machine and applied with an adhesive, the coil 7 is inserted to the winding slot 5 of the back core 6, fitted to the core tip 6a and fixed by the adhesive. Then the remaining part of the face formed with the winding slot 5 of the back core 6 is bonded to the rear face of a main magnetic pole member 8. 直な異方性を有する記録媒体と、記録媒体にできるだけ
垂直な強い磁界を発生する垂直記録用磁気ヘッドが必要
である。
