欠き部6に導き入れる事は完全に出来ないので、
スプロケツト4が回転する数回分のメダルを積み
重ねてストツクする厚さを持たす事により順次連
続した状態でメダルを送出す事が出来る。

装置1外に排出される。本考案の一実施例のスプ
ロケツト4及びメダル送出し機構はメダルを上方
に押上げ移送するのに十分な機能を有している
で、従来のメダル送出し装置の様に単なるメダル
をホツパーから整列して排出するだけの機能を備
えているものではないので、メダルを上方に移送
する十分な送出し力を有している。

4との噛み現象が生じメダル送出し装置1の故障
の原因ともなつていた。

部16を設けた中板10にメダル誘導板22を付
加し、メダル送出し通路15に突出して配置す
る。そこで、スプロケツト4の回転によつてメダ
ルが撹拌、整列されるとU字状の切欠き部6の一
番下のメダル5はリング9の下部12の所よりメ
ダル5はリング9の外側方向に押し付けられる状
態になる、これは前記した様に本考案のスプロケ
ツト4の特徴でもあるがスプロケツト4の回転に
よる遠心力にてメダルは外側に行こうとする状態
となるので、中板10の逃げ部16にてメダル5
はさらに外側に案内送出され下段の掻揚げ爪8に
よつてメダル5を押上げながら排出口14よりメ
ダル送出し通路15に送出される。この時メダル
5は第2図に示されている様にメダル送出し通路
15に突出して設けたメダル誘導板22によつて
メダル5の送出し軌道が蛇行状になるのでメダル
が連続状態で常に送出されていても5の上に位
置しているメダル5の重さが5のメダルに加
えられてもメダルの中心点が5より垂直に降ろ
して5より5の中心点が左側にある為に5
のメダルは常に外側に安定した送出し軌道が保た
れる。又、5と5のメダルの位置関係も前記
した様に同様であるが5の中心点を垂直に降ろ
して見ると5に加えられる5のメダルの重み
は軽減されているので5が左側に逃げメダル振
り分け板22を作動させる事はない。

案ではスプロケツト4よりメダルが離れるメダル
送出し通路15の排出口14部にて生じるメダル
とスプロケツト4の噛み現象を改良して良り効果
的にメダルを送出す為に、メダル5の送出し軌道
を蛇行させる為メダル誘導板22にてメダル送出
し通路15に突出して設けてメダルが外側に安定
して送出す様にしたもので、メダル送出し装置に
於けるメダルの噛みを現象によるメダル送出し装
置の停止、故障の原因を解消したので常に安定し
たメダルの連続送出し、メダルの処理装置等を提
供する事が可能となつた。
