CONSTITUTION:A timing signal A23 is added newly together with an integration circuit 24, a timing signal part B28 and an analog multiplying circuit 26. The circuit 26 integrates a voice coil current amount 15 by the signal A23 concurrently with the start of a seeking action. A target speed 102 is used for the seeking action. When the real speed reaches the speed 102, the signal B28 is turned on. Then a system state amount 25 of the output of the circuit 24 is multiplied by a target speed 19 through the circuit 26. ス11が発生させる。電子タコメーター2は位置信号9
とボイスコイルモータ5に流れるボイスコイル電流13
の1を検出するボイスコイル電流検出回路14の出力の
ボイスコイル電流量15から速度信号16を作る。シー
