プランジヤを前進方向に付勢する油路を設けると
共に、前記プランジヤの先端に当該プランジヤの
ストローク方向に所定長さ進退可能に嵌装され、
且つ該スプリングと該圧油とにより前進方向に付
勢され該伝動帯に圧接されるキヤツプと、該シリ
ンダと該プランジヤとの間に介設され当該プラン
ジヤの前進のみを許容するラチエツト機構とを設
