る。第３図は本考案の集積回路装置と探針とが電
気的接触を取つているところの測面図である。 １……リードフレーム、１ａ……外部リード端
子に設けた凹部、２……集積回路素子、３……金
属細線、４……封入樹脂、５……探針、６……探
針を固定する絶縁板。

- 集積回路素子の封止容器から多数のリードが導
出され、各リードはその途中において折り曲げ加
工されている集積回路装置において、前記封止容
器に近い各リードの部分に凹部を設けた事を特徴
とする集積回路装置。
