は従来のTi合金バルブ、第3図は、従来の耐熱
鋼同志のチツプ溶接バルブのそれぞれの断面図で
ある。また第4図は本考案における完成バルブの
軸端摩擦圧接境界部のミクロ組織の100倍拡大
写真である。
図中の符号はそれぞれ下記部分を示す。1:弁
本体、2:軸端部。

硬化処理を施してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
