Among them, in the first step of the present invention, an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer is an essential component. This ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer specifically refers to copolymers of ethylene and acrylic acid, copolymers of acrylic acid derivatives such as methacrylic acid and α-ethyl acrylic acid, and copolymers of these. Gold is an ionic copolymer in which all or part of one acid moiety is neutralized with a monovalent to trivalent metal ion. Acrylic in these copolymers! If the content of part 11 is less than 5% by weight, it will be difficult to uniformly disperse the polyacrylic-based water-absorbing fat described below, and if it exceeds 500% by weight, the inherent properties of the polyolefin l2f11 will be impaired. Since it becomes a book, it is preferable to set it as 5-50 weight t%.

In the present invention, the proportion of the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer in the polyolefin resin is preferably 5% by weight or more, and if it is less than 5Tf94, it will be difficult to uniformly disperse the water-absorbing tree 1ift described below. However, when the composition is made into a molded product, problems arise in terms of water absorption, mechanical strength, etc. Note that it may be 100 heavy weights.

In addition, examples of the polyacrylic acid-based water absorbent resin include self-crosslinked products of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, alkali metal salts of acrylic acid, alkali metal salts of methacrylate, etc. alone or in copolymers, or crosslinked products by detailed means, etc. can be used.

The composition of the present invention comprises the polyolefin resin 80 to 99.
9% by weight, preferably 90-99.5% by weight, and 20-0.1% by weight, preferably 10-0.5% by weight of a polyacrylic acid water absorbent resin. If the water-absorbing resin is less than 0.1% by weight, the water-absorbing property will be poor, and if it exceeds 200% by weight, it will be difficult to disperse in the polyolefin resin, resulting in problems with the mechanical strength of the composition molded product.

Polyolefin resins and polyacrylic acid-based water-absorbing resins containing an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer as an essential component can be prepared by adding other auxiliary agents, especially the blowing agents described below, as necessary. The composition is prepared by melt-kneading using a known method such as a screw extruder, Banbury mixer, kneader, or mixing roll. At this time, if a B11 olefin resin other than the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer is used, the water-absorbing resin and the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer are melt-kneaded first, and the kneaded product and the polyolefin resin are melt-kneaded. It is possible to improve the uniform dispersibility by setting this to a specific value.

In addition, by forming the water-absorbing polyolefin composition of the present invention into a foamed molded product, the water-absorbing property can be further improved. In this case, the composition of the present invention may further include known chemicals such as azodicarbonate, azobisisobutyronitrile, dinitrosopentamethylenetetramine, a mixture of sodium bicarbonate and mono- or trisodium citrate, etc. The foaming agent may be added in an amount of 0.05 to 5 parts per 100 parts by weight of the composition of the present invention. Furthermore, by adding a crosslinking agent to crosslink the foamed molded product, the morphology and uniformity of the foamed cells can be improved.
