- 乾燥室を真空吸引する手段及び加熱する手段を
備えた真空乾燥器において、前記乾燥室と真空バ
ルブを介して連なつている予備室と、該予備室を
真空吸引する手段と、前記予備室内に設けられた
冷却トラツプとを有することを特徴とする真空乾
燥器。
