Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent explosion due to dry distillation gas by installing air supply holes and inert gas injection holes in such a manner that at a bent part of a distillation furnace the air supply holes are formed and inert gas injection holes are also formed to inject gas toward a discharge path. CONSTITUTION:A lower part of a vertical part 1a in a dry distillation furnace 1 is bent almost horizontally and connected to a discharge path 3. At inner side of a bent part 1b of the dry distillation furnace 1 air supply holes 5 are opened to supply air of which amount is only sufficient to burn locally solid carbon near the holes in the furnace and at the outer side of the bent part 1b, inert gas injection holes 12 are also opened to inject inert gas toward a discharge path 3. As a result, ashes are gradually discharged toward the discharge path 3 with no cave-in of a solid carbon layer accumulated in the furnace.

Therefore, solid fuel such as coke is burned in the lower part of the furnace, and the fuel gas is supplied to the carbonization section in the upper part through the solid carbon layer, and the waste oil supplied to the carbonization section is carbonized using the heat held by the combustion gas. A method of feeding this to external combustion slag and burning it began to be adopted. But this one is
It is sufficient that the solid fuel layer gradually and uniformly descends as it burns, but if the solid fuel layer collapses partially, a cavity is created in the solid fuel layer, and a portion of the air supplied to the combustion section through the cavity. There is a risk of explosive combustion occurring in the carbonization section.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is of a type that carbonizes waste oil by supplying it to a carbonization section formed in the upper space of a cylindrical combustion furnace that uses solid carbon such as coke as fuel. The carbonization furnace is constructed by curving the lower part of the vertical body in a substantially horizontal direction, the lower end thereof is communicated with the combustion slag delivery path, and an air supply port is provided inside the bent part of the carbonization furnace. Then, an amount of air necessary for local combustion of solid oxygen is supplied in the furnace near the opening of the air supply port, and a jet port is opened outside the bent portion to jet inert gas toward the delivery path side. It is characterized by

When the inert gas ejected from the ejection port ab is the combustion exhaust gas containing a large amount of carbon gas from the burner a1,
The carbon gas contacts solid carbon in the furnace (1) to produce an endothermic reaction that turns into carbon monoxide, which produces an effect of cooling the lower part of the furnace (1), thereby cooling the ash. This is advantageous because it does not cause problems such as melting of ash and formation of clinker.

When air is supplied into the furnace (1) from the jet nozzle (5) according to step 6), combustion of the solid carbon starts in a limited portion on the inside of the curve. The heated combustion gas then passes between the layers of solid carbon and reaches the upper space. Therefore, when waste oil is sprayed from the nozzle (7) onto the upper part of the furnace <1), the waste oil is volatilized by the heat and is incinerated by the burner (It) via the conduit (IG).

When the exhaust gas of this burner (lv) is injected toward the delivery path (3) side from the jet port (12) provided on the outside of the curve of the furnace (1), it is combusted in the furnace (1) by its jet force. The ash content is gradually transferred to the delivery path (3) side.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention, the carbonization furnace is configured such that the lower part of the vertical part is curved in a substantially horizontal direction, and the lower end thereof is communicated with the combustion slag delivery path, and the carbonization furnace is An air supply port is opened on the inside of the bent portion to supply an amount of air sufficient to cause the solid carbon to burn locally in the furnace near the bent portion, and an inert gas is blown out toward the delivery path on the outside of the bent portion. Since the spout is opened, the ash can be gradually discharged to the delivery path side without causing the solid carbon layer deposited in the furnace to collapse, thereby allowing only the combustion fuel to flow through the solid carbon layer. It can be supplied to the carbonization section of the furnace, thereby eliminating the inconveniences seen in conventional examples, such as a part of the air that burns solid carbon flowing into the carbonization section and the carbonization gas burning instantly in the furnace. There is an effect.
