Claims (1)
板とからなる真空容器内に一対の接離可能な電極
を配置し、この一対の電極の一方がベローズを介
して前記蓋板に封着し、前記絶縁容器内に電極を
包囲する中間シールドを備えた真空バルブにおい
て、いずれか一方又は、両方の前記電極の裏面に
支持固定され円筒状シールドを設けた事を特徴と
