Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent waves from rising on a lubricating oil in a bearing case, by a method wherein the lower part of the rolling body of a rolling bearing is immersed in lubricating oil, and an interference plate, which shuts off a space in a case on both sides of the rolling bearing, is located on a lubricating oil surface. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of a rolling body 4b of a rolling bearing 4 is immersed in lubricating oil 6 sealed in a bearing case 1, and an interferenced plate 11, which shuts off a space in a case on both sides of the rolling bearing 4, is disposed on the surface of the lubricating oil. This causes the lubricating oil to be enclosed under the interference plate 11, resulting in prevention of waves from rising on the oil surface even if a shaft 5 is rotated.

受ケースの潤滑油面波立ち防止装置。 2、特許請求の範囲第1項記載のものにおいて、干渉板
は、その板上に流出する潤滑油を油溜りに回収するため
の堰を有するとともに、当該干渉板と軸受ケース内面と
の間に潤滑油を逃がす間隙を保持したものである、軸受
ケースの潤滑油面波立ち防止装置。
