Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 対象物の曲面状表面を、該表面のほぼ法線方
向から観測するために照明する装置において、 ａ 前記対象物と観測装置との中間に配置され
、前記対象物と前記観測装置とを結ぶ線をほぼ中
心軸とする円環状光源と、 ｂ 該円環状光源の中心空間に、中心軸を前記
光源の中心軸にほぼ一致させて配置された、光拡
散性を有する透光性円筒部材と、 ｃ 該透光性円筒部材の前記観測装置側開口部
を閉鎖するように設けられ、前記対象物側に反射
面を、中心部に中空部をもつ反射部材と、 ｄ 前記光源と前記透光性円筒部材との間に配
置され、前記光源からの光の一部方向のもののみ
を部分的に遮光する部分遮光部材と を備えてなることを特徴とする照明装置。 ２ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のものに
おいて、部分遮光部材が、遮光範囲を可変に構成
されたものであることを特徴とする照明装置。 ３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項
記載のものにおいて、反射部材の反射面が、光拡
散性を有することを特徴とする照明装置。 ４ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第３項
のいずれかの項に記載のものにおいて、円環状光
源が、円環状発光体と、該発光体の外側に設置さ
れる円筒状の反射部材とから構成されたものであ
ることを特徴とする照明装置。 ５ 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第４項
のいずれかの項に記載のものにおいて、円環状光
源が、放電発光管であることを特徴とする照明装
置。
