許容された状態で支持される可動デイスク板と、
この可動デイスク板に対し所定間隙を介して対向
配置されるとともに軸線方向において固定されて
いる磁性材からなる被制動部材を備え、前記可動
デイスク板は、前記フイールドコアに対し、係合
子とこれに係合する係合部との間に弾性部材を介
装させることにより回り止めされた状態で支持さ
