面に前記第１ラツクに噛合する第２のラツクが刻
設され且つ他方の面側に歯状部を形成したストツ
パを装着すると共に円溝を画成したスペーサと、
前記円溝に嵌合して前記ストツパの歯状部に噛合
する周溝を形成しさらに一方の面に第３のラツク
を形成した円板状部材と、前記第３ラツクに噛合
する第４のラツクを有し且つボルトの螺回作用下
に傾斜面を変位して被加工物を押圧する挟持体と
からなることを特徴とするクランプ装置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置
において、円板状部材はスペーサ内の円溝内にお
いて変位可能であり、前記変位する円板状部材の
第３ラツクに噛合する第４ラツクにより挟持体を
被加工物に対し任意の角度で固定することからな
