Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive increase of temperature in a heating chamber from generating in an emergency case of the same chamber and to contrive to reduce a production cost thereof by a method wherein a door switch is mounted on outside of a heating chamber, and a switch actuator unit is fixed so as to penetrate through the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:Rear side of the heating chamber 10 a fixing unit 19 for the door switch 18 is provided, and the switch actuator 20, linking with movement of a door 12 as well as linking with operation of the door switch 18 in correlation with a door moving, is provided so that it may penetrate through the heating chamber 10, may situate at an upper position of a heating object and also may slidably move utilizing a hole unit 10b of a front plate 10a together with a hole unit 10d of a rear plate 10c as guides. Accordingly, in closing the door 12, the switch actuator 20 is pushed by the door 12, then the door switch 18 is pushed to close circuit ON. While, in opening the door 12 in a half way, then by a pushing force of a contact spring enclosed in the door switch 18, the door switch 18 becomes OFF. Even in a case of an abnormal temperature increase for the heating object 14 in the heating chamber 10, the switch actuator 20 is forcibly deformed by a thermal impact, by which the circuit of the door switch 18 is opened, further, the high frequency oscillator circuit is similarly opened, therefore, the equipment is concurrently operatable with the preventive device against an excessive temperature increase.

Conventional technology Conventional high-frequency heating equipment generally uses a bimetal type called a thermoswitch or a fuse type as a safety protection device in the event of an abnormal temperature rise in the heating chamber or when the heated object burns. A rise prevention device was installed on the heating chamber wall and exhaust passage. On the other hand, a door switch was also provided outside the heating chamber to open and close the high frequency oscillation circuit in response to opening and closing of the door provided in front of the opening of the heating chamber.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in such a high-frequency heating device, as shown in the circuit diagram shown in FIG. According to safety standards (by law), there are at least two door switches 5.6 that open and close the high-frequency oscillation circuit 1 in response to the opening and closing of the door, and even if the door switches 5.6 are welded, the circuit will not be activated. A short switch 8 that causes a short circuit to melt the fuse 7 and open the circuit is also required to be installed. Also,
An overtemperature rise prevention device 9 is also provided that causes the high frequency oscillation circuit 1 and the fan motor 3 to go into a DfJ path when there is an abnormal temperature rise in the heating chamber or when the heated object burns.

Even if the temperature rises abnormally in the heating chamber, or even if the object to be heated burns, the circuit should be started immediately before the flame escapes from the equipment to maintain safety. was. However, if the aim is to make the equipment lighter and more compact, or if the heating chamber is composed of a single piece as shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 1050369/1983, the overheating prevention device must be able to act quickly. Therefore, it was necessary to develop a device to prevent excessive temperature rise that can act quickly, and to make the exhaust route even more complicated than that of Utility Model Application No. 51-93791 (Utility Patent Publication No. 53-11Y4i) at an expense. However, there are limits to the speed and development of a rapid-acting temperature rise prevention device, and even if it could be developed, it would be expensive, and the The temperature setting would not change, and even during normal use, the overheat prevention device would be activated immediately, which could lead to market complaints.

Function: The high-frequency heating device of the present invention is provided with a door switch housing (=J section) outside the heating chamber, and a switch operation section for operating the door switch that extends through the heating chamber and is provided above the object to be heated. Therefore, since the switch unit is not exposed to high frequencies, the switch will not be destroyed by high frequencies, and high frequencies will not be added to the circuit current, so unnecessary radiation will be emitted and will not be transmitted to TVs or radios. This has the effect of completely eliminating noise.

In addition, since a switch is installed in the switch mounting part on the back of the heating chamber to detect the movement of the door on the front of the heating chamber, the appropriate movement of the door can be quickly detected and responded to, making it possible to create an appropriate door swing structure. It is.

In addition, even if the temperature rises abnormally in the heating chamber, or even if the object to be heated burns, flames will still escape from the equipment.
``In JtI, the switch operation part placed above the heating chamber is deformed by heat etc., and the door switch is immediately opened.
In addition, since the high-frequency oscillation circuit is opened, the safety of the equipment can be maintained, and it can also serve as an overheat prevention device, eliminating the hassle and cost of installing a separate overheating prevention device. This method has the effect of providing a safe device that is inexpensive, economical, mass-producible, and requires no additional labor or man-hours.

As shown in FIG. 1, below the heating chamber 1o in the main body there is an electrical chamber 11 for storing electrical components, and at the front opening of the heating chamber 10 there is a door 12 which is pivotally supported so as to be openable and closable. Next, a mounting part 19 for mounting the door switch 18 is provided at the rear of the heating chamber 10, and the response of the door 12 is transmitted to the door switch 1.
The switch operation part 2o for operating the switch 8 passes through the heating chamber 10 and is placed above the heated object 14, and the front plate 10a
The hole 10b of the rear plate 10c and the hole 10d of the rear plate 10c are used as guides for sliding movement. Therefore, when the door 12 is closed, the switch operation part 2o is pushed by the door 12, the door switch 18 is pushed, and the circuit is turned on.

Furthermore, when the door 12 begins to open, the door switch 1 is opened by the pushing force of a contact spring or the like (not shown) inside the door switch 18.
8 is turned off. Since the switch operating section 20 is located within the heating chamber 10, it may be made of polypropylene or the like with low dielectric loss.

In this way, the switch operating section 20 will not be heated and stretched or deformed by the radio waves. Also, door switch 1
8 is not installed in the heating chamber 10, so the door switch 18 is not exposed to high frequencies, so the door switch 18 is not damaged by high frequencies, and the circuit wires are exposed to high frequencies, causing unnecessary radiation and interfering with televisions and radios. There is no need to give anything.

Further, the switch operating section 20 is configured to operate the heated object 1 in the heating chamber 10.
Since it is located above 4, even if the temperature rises abnormally while heating the object 14 in the heating chamber 10,
Even if the object to be heated 14 is burnt, the switch operating section 20 must be turned off by heat or the like before the flame 21 escapes from the device.
The door switch 1 was deformed and eventually damaged as shown by the dotted line in the figure.
8 is opened, and then the high-frequency oscillation circuit is opened, so the safety of the equipment can be maintained, so it can also serve as an over-temperature protection device, and there is no need to separately install a separate over-temperature protection device. It is possible to provide safe equipment that is inexpensive, economical, mass-producible, and does not require any special features, costs, or man-hours. An example of the circuit diagram is shown in FIG. The cooling 7 unmotor 2 of the high frequency oscillation circuit 1, the morph 3 of the heating time control timer 15, the switch 4, and the door switch 5.18 that opens and closes the high frequency oscillation circuit 1 in response to the opening and closing of the door are required according to safety standards (by law). Above) Even if at least two or more door switches 5 and 18 are welded together, a short switch 8 is also required to be installed, which shorts the circuit and melts the fuse 7 to open the circuit. In addition, the heating chamber 10
Since the door switch 18 acts as an overtemperature rise prevention device that opens the high frequency oscillation circuit 1 and the fan morph 3 when there is an abnormal temperature rise inside the device or when the heated object burns, the door switch 18 becomes a safe device.
