せることができてチップ5の丸鋸台座1からの脱落を防
止することができるものである。従って、従来のように
チップ5が剥がれて急激な切削力不足になったり、他の
チップ5への悪影響もなくなり切削能力の急激な低下が
なくなるものである。一方、チップ5の剥がれによるチ
ップ5の飛び散りもなくなり、安全に作業を行うことが
できることになる。

が加わったような場合でもチップに発生する回転モーメ
ントを低下させることができ、チップの脱落を防止する
ことができるものであって、従来のように切削時にチッ
プが丸鋸刃から剥がれて周囲へ飛び散るような危険をな
くすることができるものであり、しかもチップの脱落に
よる切れ味の低下や他のチップへの悪影響もなくなり、
切削抵抗が大きく低下するのを防止することができるも
のである。
