第１図はモールド前におけるステータ本体の平面
図、第２図はステータ本体をモールド材によりモ
ールドする状態を表わす縦断側面図、第３図はボ
ビンの斜視図であり、第４図は本考案の異なる実
施例を示すステータ本体の部分平面図、第５図は
本考案の更に異なる実施例を示す第４図相当図で
ある。そして、第６図は従来構成を示す第２図相
当図である。 図面中、２１はステータ本体、２２はステータ
コア、２７はボビン、２８は胴部、２９は内側鍔
部、３０は外側鍔部、３１及び３２は第１及び第
２の突部（突部）、３３はコイル口出線接続用端
子、３４及び３４ａはコイル及びその口出線、３
８はモールド材、４１及び４２は第１及び第２の
突部（突部）、４３及び４４は第１及び第２の突
部（突部）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 筒状の胴部の両端部に鍔部を有しその胴部の
    外周部にコイルが巻装された複数個のボビンを、
    ステータコアに環状配置に装着してステータ本体
    を構成し、モールド材によりそのステータ本体を
    モールドして成るものにおいて、前記各ボビンの
    両鍔部のうち内側鍔部の端部に、隣合う相手側の
    内側鍔部に対してこれの内方への変形を阻止する
    突部を形成したことを特徴とする電動機のステー
    タ。 ２ 突部は、コイル口出線接続用端子を保持する
    端子保持台を兼用することを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の電動機のステータ
    。
