トン側の面と所定間隔をおいてシリンダロツド内
には圧電体を対向せしめて、対向面間に非圧縮性
液体を封入した液室を形成し、かつピストンロツ
ドの内周面のうち、上記スプールと液室とが接す
る部分の径を液室と圧電体が接する部分の径より
も小さくなして、スプールの対向面の面積を圧電
体の対向面の面積よりも小さくなしたことを特徴
