産業上の利用分野
本発明は、電気器具のアース用接地線を有する電源コー

従来、この種の電源コード取付装置においては、器具本
体側面に貫通穴を設け、コードブッシングによって電源

スを設けたりして行なわれていたが、コードブッシング
方式では特に本体が電熱器具の場合は、コードブッシン
グの耐熱温度が問題になシ、特殊な耐熱材料によるブッ
シングにしなければならずコスト高になったシ、貫通穴
を通す組立作業は工数がかかシすぎる等の問題があった
。又、配線ボックス方式では限られた本体底部空間に納

発明の構成
本発明の電源コード取付装置は、コード収納溝を内側に
有するカバーと、このカバーの蓋体に相当するコード押

ド押え板とから成シ、このコード押えに、前記カバーに
対向して固定ねじ部近傍に切シ起し部を設け、中心部に
はコード押え用突部を設け、カバーと嵌合させたとき、
カバー外方に突出するタブ部分にねじ穴を設けているも
のであり、前記カバーとコード押え板間にまずコードを
仮固定した後、器具本体底部に差し込み、カバーと器具
本体とを貫通させてコード押え板にねじ止め固定するも

実施例の説明

明する。第１図〜第３図に於て１は器具本体、２は電源
コード、３は電源コード取付装置のカバー、４はコード
押え板でコード押え用突部４ａをカバー３の溝部に対向
して設はコードの保持を行々うと共に、このコード押え
板とカバーとの仮止メ用ネジ４ｂに電源コードのアース
リード線を共締めしておく。又、このコード押え板の器
具本体への取付時の固定用ネジ穴部の近傍に少くとも１
ケ所以上の切起し部４ｃを設け、一般的に塗装されてい
る器具本体の塗膜の一部を固定時に破ることによって固

部とタブを一体に設けて、カバーとで電源コードを仮止
めし、これを器具本体に本土めすることで、電源コード
の簡単、容易々組立性と、確実な器具本体へのアース接
続を同時に行なうと共に、器具本体の裏蓋とのアース接
続も、リード線等の別部品を使わずにコード押え板で兼
ね、作業性、コスト低減等多くの効果を提供できるもの
