施工に際しては先ずスタンドパイプ1を沈設す
る。次いでスタンドパイプ1内にリバース機2を
挿入し、泥水工法を利用して所要深さまで穴3を
削孔する。次いでプレキヤスト部材として例えば
H形鋼4を穴3内に挿入する。次いで前記穴3と
H形鋼4との間に改良土砂5を充填し、次いでス
タンドパイプ1を引抜く、それらを連続して施工
する。(第1図乃至第10図参照) 連続して施工する際には穴3を一つ置きに削
孔、H形鋼4と改良土砂5の充填をなし、次いで
その中間部を同様に施工する。

き、プレキヤスト部材の安定した耐力と相俟つて
確実な地中壁となしうる。特にこの発明では削孔
にリバース機を使用するから土砂は地上に泥水状
となつて水を含んで排出されるが、この土砂より
水分を順次スクリーンで分離し、次いでスラリー
ミキサーでスラリー化し、これにセメント類の硬
化材料を混合し、二次ミキシングプラントで所定
の配合に混合し、所要の強度、および単位体積重
量がえられるように調合するといつた一貫作業に
より充填すべき土砂が容易にえられ、この改良し
た土砂をコンクリートポンプにより圧入充填する
ので排出土砂の有効利用ができ、処分しなければ
ならない排出土砂も少く施工費が低減でき、かつ
硬化材料等を混合した土砂が圧入充填されるから
地盤強化は顕著である。
