In general trucks, in the case of rain, there is no problem because they are covered with hollow materials when loaded, but when unloaded, they are often left unloaded or driven as they are, and as a result, rainwater accumulates on the floor of the loading platform.
There is the complication of having to remove accumulated rainwater during loading. In addition, when the vehicle is running, rainwater that has accumulated on the road surface may enter the floor of the loading platform due to the rolling up of the tires, so there is a risk that dirty rainwater from the road surface may accumulate on the loading platform floor. It was hot.

This idea was made with the intention of solving the above problem, and it not only quickly drains rainwater that tends to collect on the top of the loading platform floor, but also allows the rainwater to enter the loading platform floor from below by rolling up the tires. By having the function of blocking rainwater, etc.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a loading platform structure for a truck or the like, which is characterized by reducing rainwater that accumulates on the loading platform floor as much as possible.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of the loading platform structure of this invention. In the figure, 1 is a torii gate, 2 is a gate, and 3 is a loading platform floor. This floor 3 includes a plurality of floor panels 4,
. . . and vertical joists 6, 6 placed on a chassis 5, and both side edges of the floor 3 are placed and fixed on side rails 7, 7. . In this case, the floor panels 4 are
It is formed of an aluminum profile integrally formed with vertical strips 4b, .
As shown in FIG. 2, the connecting portion between the two floor panels 4 is an engagement groove 8 that opens upward at the upper end of the connecting side of one floor panel 4, and an engaging groove 8 that opens upward from the upper end of the connecting side of the other floor panel 4. It is constructed by engaging the engagement protrusions 9 that protrude into a substantially L-shape with each other. In this case, the engagement groove 8 is formed slightly larger than the engagement protrusion 9, and uses the gap with the engagement protrusion 9 to form a water passage 10, and both floor panels 4 ,
The connection abutment part at the upper part of the water passage 10 of No. 4 includes:
Intrusion prevention space 1 for preventing water from the water passage 10 from entering the upper surface of the floor due to capillary action
1 is formed into a longitudinal passage like the water passage 10.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the side rails 7 on which the side edges of the floor section 3 are placed and fixed are
A horizontal mounting piece 7b on which the floor panel 4 is placed is protruded from inside the lower end of the square hollow part 7a, and a vertical mounting piece 7c stands up from inside the upper end, and a vertical mounting piece 7c is provided outside the lower end of the square hollow part 7a. It is made up of L-shaped hanging pieces 7d hanging down, and the lower flange part of the appropriate floor panel 4 among the floor panels 4, . , the floor part 3 and the side rail 7 are connected to each other by screw tapping screws 12 that are screwed from the vertical mounting pieces 7c into screw receiving grooves 4c (see FIGS. 1 and 4) formed on the upper side of the floor panel 4.
is fixed. At this time, a drainage groove 13 is formed on the inner surface 7c' of the vertical mounting piece 7c that contacts the side edge of the floor panel 4, which communicates the water passage 10 with the lower outside of the floor 3.

Figure 4 shows another embodiment of this invention.
This shows a case where the floor panels 4, 4 are connected in different ways. That is, a curved engagement recess 8' that opens toward the other floor panel 4 is formed at the upper end of the connection side of one floor panel 4, and the other floor panel 4 has a curved engagement recess 8' inside the engagement recess 8'. This structure connects the floor panels 4 by forming a curved engagement protrusion 9' that fits into the floor panels 4. In this case, by forming the engagement protrusion 9' in a swollen shape at the tip, a water passage 10' is formed at the curve with the engagement groove 8'.
An intrusion prevention space 11' is formed by providing a concave strip on one of the floor panels 4, 4 of the connecting abutment surface above 0'.

As explained above, according to the loading platform structure of this invention, a water passage is formed at the joint between the floor panels that make up the floor, and the end of this water passage is connected to the drainage provided on the side rail. Since the floor is connected to the outside on the lower side through the groove, even if the cargo is left unloaded on rainy days, rainwater that collects on the floor of the platform will flow into the water passageway and be drained from the waterway. In addition, rainwater that is rolled up by the tires while driving and tries to enter the floor from the bottom surface of the floor is also drained from the water passageway and above the waterflow waterway. The intrusion prevention space formed in the bottom can completely prevent rainwater from accumulating on the floor of the loading platform, saving you the trouble of draining water during loading, and ensuring that the floor of the loading platform is kept clean at all times. It can be used for cargo, and has excellent effects such as simple configuration and assembly, and its utility value is remarkable.
