1L animals 11 Recently, construction methods that use pre-mixed self-leveling flooring materials as subfloors have been increasing in construction work due to on-site labor savings, a shortage of skilled workers, and an increase in demand for large-area floors and high-level floors.

Conventionally, pre-mixed self-leveling flooring materials generally contain gypsum for gypsum, base materials such as cement for cement, and aggregates such as limestone, silica, natural stone, etc. in addition to the main components, each containing a weight ratio of 0.1%. Minor amounts of components such as dispersants, water retention agents, antifoaming agents, setting regulators, and expansion/shrinkage regulators are added. In the manufacturing process, the above components weighed for each mixing loft are simultaneously mixed in a dry mixer and then divided into sales units of about 25 kQ, and are divided into base material 2, aggregate 3 and trace components as shown in Figure 2. Group 4 is mixed and sealed in sales container 1 as a product. When using this product for construction, the amount equivalent to one or more sales containers was mixed with the required amount of water in a mortar mixer for the required time, and then pumped using a mortar pump and poured onto a concrete slab.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in general, the base material of self-leveling flooring materials is fine grained, has a heavy specific gravity, and is mixed in a medium amount, whereas the aggregate is coarse grained, has a heavy specific gravity, and has a large amount, and has a small amount of components. The conventional pre-mixed self-leveling flooring materials mentioned above vary depending on the type and performance of the dry mixer, as well as the material input method, mixing time, etc., but in general, they cannot be homogeneously dry mixed. Additionally, trace components are easily dispersed into the air during dry mixing, resulting in inaccurate amounts of the components in the sales container.

Therefore, when this is used for construction, there are disadvantages in that poor fluidity during construction, improper curing time after construction, and quality defects such as pleating and cracking are likely to occur.

Means for Solving the Problems This invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional pre-blended self-leveling flooring materials. This is a self-leveling flooring packaging product in which each component other than the wood fiber is individually measured and sealed in a sales container without being mixed.

The above-mentioned pre-mixed self-leveling flooring product of the present invention has all the necessary ingredients precisely sealed in the sales container, so it can be mixed with the required amount of water in a mortar mixer and then poured onto a concrete slab. A high-quality, flat subfloor can be easily obtained.

However, in order to prevent scattering due to dry mixing of trace components, each component is sealed in a completely or almost unmixed state, so if the contents are divided and used, each component will be divided at the same ratio. It is difficult to do so, and quality defects occur during and after construction because the component ratio deviates from the required ratio. Therefore, in order to prevent the need for separate use and to improve productivity, the amount packed in the sales container should be the maximum amount required for the maximum mixing amount at one time with a mortar mixer, and if a small amount is used, self-leveling The minimum construction area of the floor is about 11, and the usual construction thickness is about 15 mm, so the amount of prepared self-leveling flooring material required for this is about 25 klJ.

Therefore, the packaging may be about 25k (l), which is the same as for conventional products.

To explain the kneading and mixing time in this case, when the flooring product of the present invention is used, a necessary amount of water is added and mixed. So-called wet mixing is performed. Since this wet mixing has extremely high mixing efficiency, the actual kneading time required was the same as when using conventional products, which have already been dry mixed and then packaged.
