ヤリツジを駆動するためのモータと、該モータの
回転軸に設けられたプーリと、該プーリの回転を
往復動として前記キヤリツジに伝達するスチール
ベルトとからなる磁気デイスク装置において、前
記キヤリツジの一側端にはベルトガイド部を設け
ると共にその他側端にはベルト固定部を設け、該
ベルトガイド部を介して前記スチールベルトを前
記キヤリツジの両面側に配設し、該スチールベル
トの一面側途中部分を前記プーリに巻回固定し、
かつ該スチールベルトの両端を前記キヤリツジの
ベルト固定部に固定したことを特徴とする磁気デ
