ンクリボンの終端を検出するリボン検出器と、用
紙の紙送りをするプラテンとを備えた熱転写記録
装置において、インクリボンの終端を検出したと
きに前記キヤリツジをカセツトケースの交換容易
な位置まで移動するのに必要な移動量を演算する
演算手段と、この演算結果に基づいて前記キヤリ
ツジをカセツトケースの交換容易な位置まで移動
するキヤリツジ制御手段とを設けたことを特徴と
