Claims (1)
- 密閉された容器から、その壁体を貫通させて熱
電対素線が引き出された熱電対引出部において、
壁体に開設された通孔の内側の開口部をスピゴツ
トで塞ぎ、このスピゴツトに貫通させた熱電対素
線を前記通孔に引き通し、スピゴツトと壁体及び
熱電対素線の隙間をそれぞれシールし、通孔の外
側から中空のピンを嵌め込むと共に、ピンの中に
熱電対素線を通し、同ピンの先端に熱電対素線を
接続してなることを特徴とする密閉容器の熱電対
引出部。
