  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ タンク部とそのタンク部に連通する通路部と
    を有する成形プレートを２枚接合して、タンクと
    通路を形成するチユーブエレメントをフインを介
    在して複数段積層せしめた積層型熱交換器におい
    て、積層型熱交換器が収納される収納ケースの内
    側に設けられる断熱材に、多数の突起を形成し、
    この突起により、可撓性のシール材を押圧し、該
    突起と共に前記積層型熱交換器の端部のチユーブ
    エレメント間に挿入されてなることを特徴とする
    積層型熱交換器のバイパスエア阻止装置。 ２ シール材は、前記収納ケースに形成のドレー
    ン上部にまで延設していることを特徴とする実用
