PURPOSE:To reutilize any waste materials of automotive interior materials as new raw materials. CONSTITUTION:Any waste materials of automotive interior materials are pulverized by a pulverizer and mixed with virgin resin as necessary further mingled with fibers by a high speed mixer such as Henschel mixer making the materials into particles with resin powders adhering thereto to form a board by an extruding machine with T dies. Besides, simultaneously with the board formation, any surface materials such as cloth, knitwork and nonsheeting etc. may be laminated to manufacture an original interior material. Through these procedures, various waste materials may be effectively utilized at low manufacturing cost since the processes of utilizing any waste automotive interior materials may be simplified by only one time pulverizing process and heating and melting process.

を混合し、微粉砕されたトリミング屑およびバージン樹
脂材料の混合物を溶融押出してペレット化し、それをカ
ーペット裏面に溶融被覆することが開示されている。こ
の出願はカーペットのバッキング樹脂として再生するも
のであるが、厚さを大きくすればボードとすることもで
きる。しかし、この方法では溶融被覆までの工程が多く
加工費がかさむ欠点がある。即ち、粉砕工程が二回、加
熱溶融工程が三回ある熱溶融回数が多いことは、樹脂分
解を惹起し品質低下の原因ともなる。
