Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a pipe to be easily connected with a small bore pipe buried by the method of press advance burying construction, by self propelling the main unit of a hole drilling and pipe connecting device, inserted into the buried pipe, to be moved and turned in a peripheral direction while drilling a hole from the inner of the pipe thereafter self propelling the main unit to be moved so as to perform pipe connection. CONSTITUTION:A main unit 2, repeating in an underground small bore pipe 1 the action such that a telescopic device D is extended after locking a lock device C and releasing a lock device C' while next contracted by the same dimension reversely by locking the device C' and releasing the device C, is self propelled and moved in every fixed interval. Next the main unit 2, locking the devices C, C', is turned by a peripheral directional rotating device E so that a drill cutter 3 may face a direction with no matter for the other buried object, and the main unit 2, rotating the cutter 3 by a hole drilling device A to drill a hole from the inner of the underground pipe 1 and resetting the cutter 3, is self propelled moving so that a pipe connecting device B may be aligned to the position of a hole drilling part 6. Next the main unit, excavating a hole 7 in the ground surface corresponding to the hole drilling part 6 so as to insert a branch pipe 8 into said hole 7 and lifting a receiving fixture 5 by the connecting device B while fitting a sleeve 4 to the hole drilling part 6, forces the branch pipe 8 to be pressed by pressure into the sleeve 4 thus connecting the branch pipe 8 with the underground pipe 1.

[Conventional technology and its problems] In order to connect branch pipes connected to each home to this type of small-diameter buried pipe, it is necessary to excavate the ground surface and install the small-diameter buried pipe in a position where it will not interfere with other buried objects. A hole was drilled from the outside, and a branch pipe was connected to this hole from the outside. For this reason, it required work to excavate the ground surface, which was inconvenient for construction in urban areas.

[Example] As shown in Fig. 1, a receiving device is provided in which a boring device A that moves up and down while rotating a drill cutter 3 and a pipe connecting sleeve 4 are arranged in a tubular main body 2 having a diameter that can be inserted into a small-diameter buried pipe 1. Ingredients 5
A locking device C1C- for the inner wall of the small-diameter buried pipe 1 is provided on both sides of the main body 2 so as to be freely rotatable in the circumferential direction via a bearing. A telescopic device and a circumferential rotation device E for the tube 2 are interposed between the locking device C and the second locking device C.
After locking one locking device C and releasing the other locking device C- in the small-diameter buried pipe 1 as shown in Fig. The main body 2 is moved by itself at regular intervals to a predetermined location by repeating the operations of locking, releasing the locking device C, and reducing the same size as described above.

As shown in FIGS. 2(E) and 2(F), a small diameter hole 7 is drilled on the ground surface for the perforated part 6, a branch pipe 8 is inserted into the hole 7, and the pipe connecting device B is operated to raise the receiver 5. By doing so, the sleeve 4 is fitted into the perforation 6 of the buried pipe 1, and at the same time, the branch pipe 8 is press-fitted into the sleeve 4 to connect the branches 1!8 to the buried pipe 1.

As described above, by the self-propelled movement of the main body 2, it is possible to automatically drill holes in the desired location of the small-diameter buried pipe 1 from the inside, and at the same time, the branch pipe 8
Since connections can be made from the inside, there is no need to unnecessarily excavate the ground surface, and this has an excellent effect on pipe connections in cities.

Note that instead of self-propelled movement using a telescoping device equipped with a hydraulic cylinder 9, sliding movement using drive wheels or the like may be used. Punching device A
The hydraulic cylinder 1 is rotated while the drill cutter 3 is rotated by the hydraulic motor 10 and the drill cutter 3 is rotated.
It consists of a spline 11 to enable elevation by 08. Pipe connection device B is a hydraulic cylinder 1 for lifting and lowering the support 5.
0b. The lock devices c, c'' are equipped with a plurality of guide rollers 13, and a plurality of lock pawls 13a are attached to the buried pipe 1 through the cams by sliding of the hydraulic cylinder 12.
It is moving forward and backward toward the inner wall surface. In the circumferential rotation device E, a drive gear 15 of a hydraulic motor 14 disposed on the main body 2 side is meshed with a gear 16 on one lock device C side. Pipe connection device B is a buried pipe 1. If the branch pipe 8 is a fume pipe, the sleeve 4 shall be inserted, and if it is a steel pipe, it shall be welded, and if it is a vinyl chloride pipe, the sleeve 4 shall be inserted.
A) Thermoplastic processing using high frequency or ultrasonic waves may be performed as in (B). 17 is an encoder that measures the rotation angle of the main body 2 in the circumferential direction. The interval between the punching device Δ and the pipe connecting device B is set to be an integral multiple of the pitch of self-propelled movement of the main body 2. In that case, the main body 2 equipped with the drilling device A is self-propelled to a predetermined location within the small-diameter buried pipe 1, and if necessary, the main body 2 is rotated in the circumferential direction to allow the small-diameter buried pipe to be drilled by the drilling device A. 1 from the inside, and then the branch pipe 8 may be connected to the perforated portion 6 using an appropriate pipe connecting device.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention allows a main body, which is inserted into a small-diameter buried pipe and is equipped with a drilling device and a pipe connecting device, to move by itself to a predetermined location, and rotates the main body in the circumferential direction as necessary to perform the drilling. Pipe connection work in urban areas can be carried out efficiently because the device punctures the small-diameter buried pipe from the inside, and the pipe connection device is moved to the perforation point by the self-propelled movement of the main body to perform pipe connection work. The effect is huge.
