【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はワツペン、アツプリケ等の飾り体の新
規な製造方法に関するものであり、表面に模様若
しくは文字を有し且つ当該模様部若しくは文字部
を盛り上げ状に浮出させ他の部を凹陥させると共
に全表面が透明な合成樹脂シート若しくはフイル
ムによつて被われた美麗にして丈夫な飾り体を簡
単な方法によつて製造することを目的とするもの
であつて、透明の熱可塑性合成樹脂シート若しく
はフイルムに裏面に模様若しくは文字形成部を透
明のまま残した印刷を施し、次いでこの透明の模
様若しくは文字形成部の裏面に着色した合成樹脂
を主材とするインキ若しくは塗料を以て盛上り状
の印刷若しくは塗布を行いその裏面に熱可塑性合
成樹脂シート若しくはフイルムを重合して飾り素
体を構成したのちこの飾り素体に於て模様若しく
は文字形成部の上辺に位置する個所を凹陥させ模
様及び文字の非形成部の上辺に位置する個所に押
圧部を、また飾り素体の周辺部の上辺に位置する
個所に刃部を形成した上部電極を以て同飾り素体
に高周波電圧を印加し、その模様若しくは文字形
成部を上方に向つて膨出させると共に模様及び文
字の非形成部を凹陥させ且つ刃部を以て飾り素体
の周辺余剰部を溶断することを要旨とするもので
ある。

エステルシート1の裏面に塩化ビニルフイルム1
1を重合して飾り素体イを構成したのち、この塩
化ビニルフイルム11の裏面に片面に感圧接着剤
12を塗布した離型紙13をその感圧接着剤12
の塗布面を内側として接着し、次いで、この飾り
素体イと離型紙13との貼着体を平坦な下部電極
16′上に載置し飾り素体イに於て図形3,4,
5,6,7,8、文字9及び輪郭線10の上辺に
位置する個所を凹陥させ、この凹陥部14の他の
個所を平均して突出させてこの突出部14′に於
て輪郭線10内に位置する個所に格子状の凹条模
様15を刻設し、輪郭線10の外辺に位置する個
所に刃部17を設けた上部電極16をこの飾り素
体イの上方より圧下しつつこれに高周波電圧を印
加し、その図形2,3,4,5,6,7,8、文
字9及び輪郭線10を上方に向つて顕著に膨出さ
せると共にその他の部分に於て輪郭線10内に位
置する個所に格子状の突条模様18を形成し且つ
この飾り素体イに於て輪郭線10の外辺を刃部1
7を以て溶断して飾り体ロを完成するものであ
る。

若しくは塗布を行いその裏面に熱可塑性合成樹脂
シート若しくはフイルムを重合して飾り素体を構
成したのちこの飾り素体に於て模様若しくは文字
形成部の上辺に位置する個所を凹陥させ模様及び
文字の非形成部の上辺に位置する個所に押圧部
を、また飾り素体の周辺部の上辺に位置する個所
に刃部を形成した上部電極を以て同飾り素体に高
周波電圧を印加し、その模様若しくは文字形成部
を上方に向つて膨出させると共に模様及び文字の
非形成部を凹陥させ且つ刃部を以て飾り素体の周
辺余剰部を溶断することを特徴とする飾り体の製
造方法。
