気発生器の一部破断斜視図、第4図は本考案の管
束組立体を流れる1次流体の予熱された半径方向
の流れを強調するため第3図の熱交換器または蒸
気発生器を流れる1次および2次流体の流れの方
向を示す略図、第5図は組立体の軸心に沿つて下
方を見た第1図および第2図の再加熱部のための
基本的構成要素の略図、第6図は側面から見た再
加熱部を示す同様な略図、および第7図は本考案

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 熱交換用流体を管束組立体に流通させるた
    めの内部通路を形成する長形の入口ヘツダー導管
    路と、 入口ヘツダー導管路と平行に配列され、管束組
    立体からの熱交換用流体の放出のための内部通路
    を形成する長形の出口ヘツダー導管路と、 環状の管束を形成する多数の螺旋形状の熱交換
    器の管とを設け、前記各螺旋形状の管は入口およ
    び出口ヘツダー導管路と平行な軸心の周囲に形成
    され、かつその両端部をそれぞれ入口および出口
    ヘツダー導管路と流通関係に固定されて少なくと
    も1個の完全ループと部分ループを含むことを特
    徴とする熱交換器のための管束組立体。 (2) 管の周囲に外部の流体を指向させるための
    反らせ装置を有する前記第1項記載の管束組立体
    。 (3) 螺旋状の管のあるものは他のものと径方向
    に反対側に配置され、入口および出口ヘツダー導
    管路は管束の外側に配置される前記第1項記載の
    管束組立体。 (4) 入口および出口ヘツダー導管路は相互に径
    方向に反対側に配置され、各螺旋状管はその両端
    部を径方向に反対側のヘツダー導管路と連結する
    ため少なくとも1巻きの完全ループと1巻き半の
    ループを含む前記第3項記載の管束組立体。 (5) 各螺旋状管が複数個の完全ループと1巻き
    半のループを有する前記第4項記載の管束組立体
    。 (6) 各螺旋状管が複数個の完全ループと1個の
    部分ループを有する前記第1項記載の管束組立体
    。 (7) 組立体が熱交換器の一部として取付けられ
    る前記第1項記載の管束組立体。 (8) ガス冷却型原子炉の蒸気発生器の一部を形
    成する前記第1項記載の管束組立体。 (9) 熱交換器が、管束組立体に加えて、 熱交換用流体の内部循環のための主熱交換器の
    管束組立体を有し、両方の管束組立体は長形のほ
    ぼ円筒状の室内に配置され、熱交換器は更に加熱
    流体を該室を経て2つの管束組立体を流過するよ
    う指向させるための装置を有する前記第7項記載
    の管束組立体。 (10) 主熱交換器の管束組立体は、円筒状室の直
    線軸に沿つて延在する長形の管束を形成する複数
    個の平行管を有する高温部と、高温部の一部の周
    囲に同心状に位置された環状の管束を形成する複
    数個のほぼ螺旋形状の管を有する低温部とを有し
    、前記低温部は前記高温部の軸方向寸法よりも実
    質的に小さな寸法を有し、前者の管束組立体は円
    筒状室の他端部に隣接する高温部の一部を同心状
    に包囲する前記第9項記載の管束組立体。
