定フレームに装着して絶縁ボードに上記プリント
回路基板の被試験点の位置に対応してコンタクト
プローブを配設したテストヘツド部と、このコン
タクトプローブに接続されるピンが配設されるコ
ネクタ部とを備えるテストヘツドを着脱可能に設
け、このテストヘツド部を上記開口部の下部に臨
ましめこのコネクタ部を上記装置本体側に設ける
コネクタ部に接続するようにしたことを特徴とす
