Abstract

PURPOSE:To use a tape player in safety by providing an inhibiting mechanism which inhibits a lock mechanism from operating while a cassette drawing-in mechanism in an improper state between a cassette holder and a lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The inhibiting mechanism consists of a projection part 71 piercing the inward raised part 2b of a fitting plate which inhibits the lock mechanism from operating by disabling a rotary lever 29 from rotating owing to the attraction of an attracted plate 27 by a spring 69 and an electromagnet 35 when a cassette holder 3 is contacted on its flank in an improper state wherein the holder does not reaches a lower play position. Even when the cassette holder 3 is inhibited from moving down because of the presence of foreign matter W and the projection 63 engages a guide groove 64, an ejection member 17 is moved by a displacing member 71 back against a spring 76 and the projection part 71 inhibits the locking operation of the lock mechanism, so the ejection member is not locked even when moving back. Consequently, the tape player is operated in safety and mechanical and electric troubles are eliminated.

Prior Art and Problems Conventionally, a cassette holder is movable between an upper non-play position and a lower play position, and a retraction mechanism that automatically pulls the cassette to the Q loading position when a cassette is inserted into the cassette holder. an eject member that moves from a non-operating position to an active position where an eject operation can be performed in conjunction with the retracting operation of the cassette retracting mechanism; A locking mechanism for releasing the holding state, and an ejecting member and a cassette holder capable of moving the cassette holder between an upper position and a lower position when the ejecting member moves between an inoperative position and an activated position. A tape 77 heater consisting of a t-connected bending lever is known.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above-mentioned conventional tape player, the cassette may be accidentally inserted into the tape player installed in a car due to an abnormal situation, such as when a foreign object is inserted into the cassette slot. When the tape player is operated by inserting the cassette into the insertion slot, the foreign object prevents the cassette holder from moving downward sufficiently, and the cassette holder does not reach the correct play position. performs all mechanical operations independently,
As a result, there is a risk that excessive mechanical force will be applied and cause mechanical damage, or that the drive motor will overheat and cause electrical damage, making it impossible to remove the cassette. There were defects such as

Furthermore, cassettes generally have labels affixed to their top and bottom surfaces, such as manufacturing information or recording content information.
This label often peels off partially due to long-term use, and when inserting the cassette into the cassette holder in this state, it is common for a part of the peeled label to get caught in the cassette holder. .

Next, in the above-described playing state, when an ejecting imitation is performed, the excitation of the electromagnet (to) is cut off and the ejecting member (171) is moved forward by the elasticity of the syspring ω that can be rotated counterclockwise. By the way, in the above, when a foreign object W such as a lighter or an eraser was inserted into the cassette insertion slot of the tape player due to a child's misfortune, for example, a 1km cassette was inserted into the cassette insertion opening without taking advantage of this. Therefore, in a conventional tape player having only a bending lever to move the cassette holder up and down, the protrusion 1 and the front edge of the guide groove come into contact with each other, so that the cassette holder is sufficiently rearwardly moved. Not only is the movement of the drive motor blocked and excessive mechanical force is applied between them, causing damage, but also the drive motor is overloaded, resulting in electrical failure.

Therefore, according to the above configuration, even in a state in which the cassette holder (3) is prevented from moving downward due to the presence of the foreign object W and the protrusion engages with the engagement step of the guide groove, As shown by □ in Fig. 18, the ejecting member surface can move backward against the displacement member axis against the spring 4, and the protrusion (c) prevents the locking mechanism from locking. , even if the eject member surface moves sufficiently backward, it will not be locked, and therefore the same operation as the eject operation will be performed, and the eject member surface and the retraction mechanism will return to the non-playing state. , the cassette P is ejected, and the above-mentioned defects of the conventional one can be eliminated.

On the other hand, the eject member moves backward against the spring (A), and although the tilting frame (41) attempts to descend using the bending lever, the cassette P is not fully inserted into the cassette holder (3). As a result, for example, the lower surface of the cassette P comes into contact with the tip of the reel shaft disposed on the frame (11), and the cassette holder (3) is prevented from descending, thereby locking the ejecting member αB. Therefore, even with this configuration, it is possible to eliminate the trouble associated with abnormal operation caused by the label being caught.0 Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present application, in a non-playing state, the cassette insertion slot An abnormal situation may occur, such as a foreign object being thrown into the player, or a part of the label attached to the cassette peeling off and getting caught in the cassette holder, preventing the cassette from being inserted correctly into the cassette holder. Even in the operating state, the tape player can be operated safely and mechanical and electrical obstacles can be eliminated, and the cassette is guided to the ejection position.
It is possible to inform the user of abnormal conditions, and it is possible to provide highly reliable chemicals that are free from failure.
