Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of the mount position of a carriage, by fixing the front part of the carriage to a bearing shaft and directly contacting the rear part thereof with the bearing shaft. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 2 is fixed so as to be capable of moving on the stator 3 of the linear motor arranged in parallel to the shaft of a platen 1. The slider 4 moving on the stator 3 and provided with a bearing shaft 4a is contacted with the stator 3 through a roll. The carriage is fixed to the bearing shaft 4a and the front part thereof is fixed through a bracket 5 and the rear part thereof is provided on the bearing shaft by the protruded part 2a formed to the carriage 2. The dimensional accuracy of the bearing shaft is enhanced by this constitution and the up-and-down positional determination of the carriage can be accurately performed.

ブランチと印字手段との上下位置関係に高い精度が要求
される為、キャリッジの−L下位置の位置決めを正確に
行わなければならない。この為、ブラケット等の単品部
品に高い寸法精度が要求される。
