Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operational convenience by a constitution wherein a washing hot water supply tank containing a drinking hot water supply tank, in which water is fed through a purifier, is connected in the downstream of a heat source vessel and at the same time to a feed water pipe and to a mixing valve respectively in a central hot water supplying system. CONSTITUTION:Feed water is fed through a purifier 20 and a switching valve 23 to a drinking hot water supply tank 10 or a mixing valve 15. When the temperature of hot water is set by the thermostatically controlled automatic mixing value 15 and when valves 4 and 7 are open, the cold water in a hot water supplying piping 3 ranging from the outlet 8 of a hot water supply heat source vessel 2 to the inlet part 12 of a washing hot water supply tank 9 is bisectedly flowed into a passage leading to the tank 9 and into the other passage through a bypass pipe 14. The water flowing through the bypass pipe 14 mixes with the water led to the tank 9, which is heated and flowed from an outlet part 13, and flows in the mixing valve 15 so as to flow out of a faucet 5 in the form of hot water with the predetermined temperature or to obtain the hot water with the predetermined temperature from the first. Further, when the valve 4 is closed and the valve 7 is open, good tasting water can be obtained from the faucet 5. Furthermore, good tasting hot water can be obtained from the tank 10 by operating a valve 23 so as to take out the hot water in the tank 10 under the condition that the valves 4 and 7 are closed.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above configuration, when hot water is desired especially in the morning when it is cold in winter, even if the hot water supply valve 4 is opened, the hot water does not come out immediately and remains in the hot water supply piping 3. The first thing that comes out is cold water (5 to 10 degrees Celsius), which is almost the same temperature as the outside temperature. Then, the hot water gradually changes to a higher temperature, and unless the water supply valve 7 is operated, the hot water is finally dispensed at a high temperature (generally 85° C.) almost close to the supply temperature of the hot water heat source 2.

However, generally speaking, the hot water temperature when used in the kitchen is around 40℃, so when it gradually gets hot, the water supply valve 7 is opened quickly or in small steps to adjust the hot water temperature, and from now on, the hot water flow rate will also be adjusted. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust both the hot water supply pulp 4 and the water supply valve 70 so that the desired hot water flow rate and hot water temperature are finally used. The hot water tapping characteristics in this case are shown by the broken line or C in FIG.

Furthermore, the hot water dispensed from the hot water faucet 5, for example, if the hot water heat source 2 is an electric water heater, there may be a portion that always stays in the lower part of the hot water storage tank, or the hot water may be supplied only in small amounts. It is said that if it is not used, bacteria may grow in it, and for this reason it is strictly speaking unsuitable for drinking.

And not only in the case of hot water supply, but recently there have been cases of contamination of water sources, animals entering large water tanks installed on the rooftops of buildings, etc.
The so-called poor quality of drinking water has become a problem due to contamination due to the entry of insects, etc., and contamination due to compound substances mainly composed of iron and chlorine components that accumulate in pipes along the way. Furthermore, in some cases, people may want boiling water from a hot water faucet, but this has not yet been achieved.

In the above configuration, it is assumed that the revised temperature control knob (not shown) provided on the thermostatic automatic mixing valve 15 is set to 42°C, and when the hot water supply valve 4 and the water supply valve 7 are opened, 1/2 of the cold 5° C. accumulated water 5e flows inside the cleaning hot water tank 9, and the remaining 1/2 flows through the bypass pipe 14. Therefore, -Person Mixed Part 2
The hot water temperature at No. 2 is approximately 45°C, and when the hot water flows to the thermostatic automatic mixing valve 15 at a vaporous temperature, hot water is immediately supplied from the hot water faucet 5 at a hot water temperature of 42°C. Change the set temperature and
Even if the temperature is set to 30°C, hot water at the predetermined temperature of 30°C is similarly dispensed from the beginning. This hot water tapping characteristic is shown in 2 and 5 in Fig. 2.
