    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 吸気負圧を受ける負圧室と大気室とを区画する
    ダイアフラムを備えるアクチユエータと、所定の
    温度範囲で作動を規制されるサーモワツクスと、
    該サーモワツクスと前記ダイアフラムとに連結さ
    れたＥＧＲ弁とからなり、寒冷時前記サーモワツ
    クスによりＥＧＲ弁が締切られることを特徴とす
    る内燃機関の排気ガス還流制御弁。
