Abstract

PURPOSE:To acquire a coreless winding with a regular form, by winding synthetic resin tape for bond on a core, with a tension not crushing the core, annealing in a specific temperature, and pulling out the core after cooling. CONSTITUTION:To make a coreless winding of a synthetic resin for bond, a polyolefine type synthetic resin tape 2, extended in an adequate extension magnification, is wound up on a core 1. Then it is applied with annealing treatment at a temperature 60 deg.C-120 deg.C, as (heat treatment temperature - 60 deg.C) Xannealing hours is between 40 and 200. Then, after cooling, the core 1 is picked out. That is, the whole processes are, melting and rolling - cooling- extension - winding on core - annealing - cooling - and core pulling out. Thus, smashing of the winding by the remaining tension of winding can be prevented because of the annealing after winding.

"Prior Art" Conventionally, a roll of synthetic resin string for binding has been manufactured by a process of melting a polyolefin synthetic resin, extruding it, cooling it, stretching it, cooling it, and winding it up. However, in such a process, the stretched string shrinks over time due to the influence of outside temperature, etc., and the shrinkage progresses even in the wound state, so that the string 2 is attached to the core 1 as shown in Fig. 1. When it is wound up into a roll, the core is crushed and deformed, and as shown in Figure 2, there is no core and the string 2 is separated from the center.
In the case of a roll that lets out strings, the hole in the center becomes deformed, resulting in a situation like that shown in Figures 3 or 4, which has the disadvantage that the string cannot be drawn out smoothly. Ta.

Therefore, annealing (heat treatment) has been adopted as a means to reduce the shrinkage after stretching, but there is a problem in the timing of annealing. That is, currently, the process is melt extrusion, cooling, stretching, cooling, annealing, cooling, and winding. This process involves annealing and then winding.

"Problems to be Solved by the Invention" The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and is intended to prevent crushing due to residual tension when tension is applied during winding, thereby preventing the winding from being crushed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a coreless roll of synthetic resin string for binding, which can maintain the normal shape of the body.

"Effects" The present invention is characterized by melt extrusion, cooling, stretching, and winding into a core.
- Annealing - Cooling - Removal of the core. Since annealing is performed after winding into the core, it is possible to prevent collapse due to residual tension when tension is applied during winding υ. It is possible. Therefore, it is possible to maintain the normal shape of the coreless roll, and there are many advantages to the manufacture of the coreless roll.
