延回路からの出力電圧が前記単相3線式配電線の
中性線断線による各電圧線別負荷端子間電圧の不
平衡電圧によつて定まる予め設定した電圧以上に
なつたときに導通して前記シリコン制御整流素子
をターンオンさせるトリガ素子を接続することを
