断筒と、該切断筒の中心部に垂直に支持された回
転軸と、該回転軸の上部に取着され、ホツパーか
ら供給された凝塊した茶葉を遠心力により切断筒
内の切断空間の周辺部に拡散させる振切り板と、
前記回転軸の振切り板の下方に多段に取着され、
切断空間の周辺部に拡散された茶葉を切断する切
断刃物と、前記回転軸の切断刃物の下方に取着さ
れ、表面にリブを有し、切断刃物により切断され
た茶葉を送出す排出板とからなることを特徴とす
