A long omega-shaped sliding member 1 made of metal and having a plurality of grooves on the inner surface of both ends is closely fitted, and the metal material of the head 31 is rolled onto the inner surface of the sliding member 1 using a roll. The applicant of the present application previously proposed a method in which the sliding member 1 and the pedestal 2 are joined together so that they do not come off by causing deformation and flow in the groove portion 2.

.. 4 and has a pair of recesses 5, 5 on the lower side in advance, and a plurality of grooves 2.2 are formed on the inner surface of both ends of the slide member 1. The grooves 2.2 of the sliding member 1 are deformed and flowed to fill the grooves 2.2 of the sliding member 1 by compressing the recesses 5, 5 of the mount portion 31, and the projections 4, 7I are fitted. This is because the sliding member 10 is compressed so as to be pressed against the outer surface of both ends.

As shown in FIG. 2', the sliding member 1 is a flat plate made of a wear-resistant metal such as stainless steel, which has a plurality of grooves formed inside both ends, and is processed into a zero shape by roll forming. - On the other hand, it is made of a highly conductive metal such as copper or aluminum as a body through which a large current flows, and has a pair of protrusions 4.4 bent outward on both sides of the head 31, and a pair of protrusions 4.4 on the lower side thereof. Recess 5
, 5 is manufactured by extrusion molding or the like. In this case, the width dimension W1 between the left and right inner surfaces of the sliding member 1 and the mount 3
It is desirable that the relationship between the width dimension W2 between the left and right outer surfaces of the head 31 is as follows.

Apply the protruding roll 6.6 to the pair of recesses 5, 5 provided on the lower side of the head 31 of the W4 roll 7 and the roll 6.
6 to form the concave portion 5.5 into a V-shape, thereby expanding it to a width W3 larger than the width W1 between the left and right inner surfaces of the sliding member 1. At this time, since the upper surface of the sliding member 1 is restrained by the grooved roll 7, the compressed metal parts around the recesses 5, 5 fill the inner surface of the sliding member 1 and the groove 2 due to the deformed flow E.

The protrusions 4, 4 are brought into close contact with the outer end of the sliding member 1 by compressing the portions 4, 4 so that the opening outer width dimension W4 of the sliding member 1 does not become smaller than the non-opening outer width dimension WO. Expanding the opening width of the sliding member 10 within the range of elastic deformation in this way improves the adhesion with the pedestal portion 31.
