[Detailed explanation of the invention] In recent years, refrigerators have become larger due to the limited kitchen space, the bulk buying of foodstuffs, the spread of frozen foods, and an increase in the number of foods that require refrigeration. As the size of refrigerators increases, the number of cases where the condenser, which was conventionally installed at the rear of the back of the refrigerator, is installed without sufficient heat dissipation space is increasing. Problems such as insufficient power or increased power consumption may occur. In particular, when the rear heat dissipation space is reduced, the convection of high-temperature air from the compressor, which is normally installed at the bottom of the rear of the refrigerator body, becomes insufficient, and the condenser capacity at the rear of the refrigerator may be significantly reduced.

In consideration of these points, the present invention places the condenser pipe on the side of the cabinet body, which is less susceptible to the effects of the high-temperature convection air of the compressor, and at the back of the cabinet, where the insulation wall is relatively thick, thereby effectively using the cabinet itself as a heat sink. One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a refrigerator body, which is composed of an outer box 2, an inner box 3, and a foamed heat insulating material 4 filled between the boxes 2 and 3. The outer box 2 is formed from both left and right sides, a U-shaped side plate 2a forming the top surface, a back plate 2b closing the back opening, and a bottom plate 2c closing the bottom opening. A front flange 5 extending over the side surface and a U-shaped flange 6 opening on the back side are formed by roll former processing or the like. A condenser pipe 7' is arranged around the front flange 5 to prevent condensation, and a main condenser pipe 7 is arranged around the U-shaped flange 6 to meet the required heat dissipation capacity. As shown in Fig. 3, the pieces are formed into a meandering shape and inserted. The main condenser pipe 7 is inserted into the U-shaped flange 6 via a thermally conductive sealer 8 depending on the heat dissipation capacity required.

As shown in FIG. 2, the end surface of the back plate 2b has a bent L-shaped flange 9, which is inserted through a seal form 10 so as to close the opening of the U-shaped flange 6. At the same time as preventing leakage of the insulation material 4 injected and foamed between the box 2 and the inner box 3,
It serves to prevent the thermally conductive sealer 8 within the flange 6 from flowing out. The L-shaped flange 9 is shown by hatching in FIG. 11 and 12 are compressors forming a cooling cycle with condenser pipes 7 and 7', respectively;
It is a cooler. If it is necessary to temporarily lock the side plate 2a and the back plate 2b, use the flange 6 as shown in FIG.
It is possible to add a flange surface 6' that can be spot-welded to the rear plate 2b. The condenser is arranged so that the refrigerant flows in the order of the main condenser pipe 7 → the condenser pipe 7' in the front flange 5, and the connection is made to the bottom plate 2c which becomes the outlet of each condenser pipe 7, 7'. This is done in the machine room space around the compressor, which is formed in the

With the above configuration, the main condenser pipe 7 is disposed within the flange 6 provided in the relatively thick part of the insulation wall at the back of the top and side surfaces of the insulation box, so that it can be directed toward the inside of the refrigerator. There is little heat leakage, and if necessary, the main condenser pipe 7 can be installed inside this flange 6.
It is possible to insert a plurality of thermally conductive sealers 8 into the flange 7 by turning the side plate 2a of the outer box 2 face down, and it is possible to easily inject the thermally conductive sealer 8 into the flange 7. It is easy to assemble, such as easy insertion and installation.
Moreover, by adding these, it is possible to easily improve the heat dissipation ability of the side plate 2a and the back plate 2b as heat dissipation plates of the main condenser pipe 7, and so on. With these configurations, only the convection space size of the compressor 11 is required in the rear rear space of the refrigerator body 1, which not only makes it possible to reduce the installation depth of the refrigerator body 1, but also allows the condenser pipe 7 to be placed on the top and both sides. Because of this, it is difficult to come into contact with the high-temperature convection air of the compressor 11, and the heat dissipation effect is enhanced.

As described above, according to the present invention, the heat of the condenser is dissipated from both the left and right sides of the inner part of the side panels as well as from the ceiling, so there is less heat influence on the inside of the refrigerator, and the influence of heat emitted from the compressor is reduced. Since the amount is small, the condensation effect as a condenser is not deteriorated. Furthermore, since the condenser pipe storage section is formed by the side and back plates, it is easy to assemble and does not require any separate attachment parts. Further, when forming the storage section, the flange of the back plate and the seal form can simultaneously prevent leakage of the thermally conductive sealer and the heat insulating material.
